The room was 458. It’s quite a trek from the elevator to our room. You would expect that after walking past so many rooms and meandering through numerous hallways that it would be a quiet and secluded room- Nope! It’s right by a busy street. Cars racing by, honking horns, etc. until well past midnight and then again at 7 am or earlier. So, not great. The layout of the room is also not optimal. Long and skinny is great on a supermodel, but not so great to get luggage through and not great for storing luggage either. So, not our best stay on our 3 week trip but also not our worst. Staff are definitely friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a great place and within walking distance to The Plaza. Would stay again but I would definitely say no to a room by the street and not so far from the elevator as getting luggage in and out is a challenge.

room was clean, but a few things simply didn't work well. Staff especially Chamber staff and valet were excellent. Front desk, officious, loud and quick. Only 1 USB port not so convenient for us overseas visitors who then have to use many adaptors to charge our phone. Safe was hard to use. Room was dark. bed was comfortable and temp was good. The bathroom door was loud to pull shut so night time trips to the bathroom were noisy for sleeping partner.

We were pleased with the Drury. We like the security access to rooms. The Kitchen and Bar restaurant was excellent. Staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay in a Drury in another city.

This hotel is in an amazing location. Almost everything you’ll want to do is within walking distance. When we did leave the property, the valets were quick and courteous. The manager was very involved with guest relations. You do have to pay for parking, but they give a discount to rewards members. It is free to sign up. Will be looking for Drury properties when we travel!

They need to accept payments in advance so that when you get there Its not so hard or waiting in long lines not the staff fault there just following policy of the Hotel !! Assistant Manager Mark was great told us a lot about surrounding places. we never been to Santa Fe He told us were to get the best tasting chocolates we have ever had he deserves to be told this Great personality
