Add a kiva fireplace, natural white oak hardwood flooring, central air conditioning, tons of natural light from the designer Kalwall skylights, one car garage and this 2-3 BR, 2 Bath 1,880 sq. ft. home with dedicated quiet workspace/den (WiFi up to 600mbps) is ideal for either a short or extended stay.
The configuration of the bedrooms provides wonderful privacy and common space for couples traveling together.

The Master BR and the other Bedrooms are separated from each other by the Kitchen and Living Room making for a perfect arrangement of privacy and common space for couples or families.
The large, modern Master Bedroom on the East side of the house features a King bed, high ceilings, walk-in closet and bath with the ultimate spa-like bath, marble & glass shower and his and her sinks. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio.
The second Bedroom has a brand new Queen bed and shares a bathroom with a large glass, marble and tile shower with the Den which doubles as the 3rd BR with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Both are on the West side of the house with the Kitchen and LR in the middle which offers great privacy for couples traveling together or families.

We had several candidates for places we wanted to stay in Santa Fe. I’m so glad we chose this one. The house was spacious, clean and five minutes from the visitor center in downtown Santa Fe. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone who asked about it.

Fabulous home, secure, great location, lovely area to sit out and enjoy property.
This VRBO was excellent. My friend is shorter than I and the counters, stove,, bathroom counters etc. were set very high so were a challenge for her. The listing does not do a great job of including all that is available in this rental. There are many kitchen appliances, pots, dishes, anything you need to cook as well as a coffee maker, even a few condiments, etc. Having an automatic gate and garage was great. We would recommend updating this. The listing does not provide enough photos to promote this fabulous residence. Additionally, it is contemporarily decorated and provides an amazing sleek appearance. We would suggest the following: Hooks in the bathrooms for hanging clothes, a notebook which would include a map of the area, location of nearby grocer, drug store, along with a few more chairs on the front patio and in the living room would be wonderful additions. We are aware of being able to access this info on our phones but would have appreciated a notebook of info. Loved the recommendations offered by email and the responsiveness of owner. It was great for two and we were able to move some chairs to different locations, as well as pillows for comfort. However, it is listed for 6 it would benefit a larger group if these additions were in place. Thank you for a fabulous place to stay! Highly recommend this rental to others from a group of 2 to 6. Also, the 2 bedrooms are at opposite ends of the home allowing for privacy.
