Needed a room close to hospital. this worked out very well.

Comfy beds, not far from freeway. Lots of selections for breakfast.my only problems were that in morning you could hear all of the ruckus from the hallway, and the blinds didn't keep the sun out 100%

Great stay ,the breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Asked for more coffee for room and it was no problem.

Beautiful decor, well kept, nice location, good breakfast.

Good hotel. Wife & teenage girls were a little crowded sharing full size beds, but worked okay for sleeping 6 adult-size people.

We had a nice relaxing stay except for the pull out couch. It smelled like rotting feet.

Great hotel and location. Dropped off my car after checking in hotel. Walked from Airport to hotel. Five minute shuttle from hotel to Airport at 4:30AM. Great value, comfortable. Stayed in annex building behind hotel, no elevator to second floor. It is better to ask the guest if 2nd floor is okay with no elevator.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, only fault, pillows were top small.

Good home base, but a little far from downtown. Clean and friendly.

When we arrived at the hotel, I asked for the crib I'd called ahead for, and a sheet, and was informed that they do not have crib sheets, and that I'd have to 'make due' with a king size flat sheet, which is actually not safe at all. The blinds in our room didn't close all the way, either, and so the bright light in the parking lot directly across from our room was constantly in my eyes keeping me up the majority of the night. The room was spacious, but the lack of sleep and thoughtfulness (lack of crib sheet) was definitely upsetting.

Hotel staff was pleasant. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. Kid friendly hotel. Our young children enjoyed the pool.

This hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and included in the price of the room. Location is decent and close to downtown. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel !!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The room had a very nasty musty smell. We were on first floor and the noise above was awful. Even after calling front desk the noise stopped for a while then got worse. The free breakfast was amazing and those ladies were on their toes. The cleaning crew needs to step up their game.

Beautiful room, had a wonderful time walking around the Plaza in Old Town.

Stay was great. Except for the elevator not working, the stay was excellent!

There for Thanksgiving, this hotel offered a great value for a pet-friendly, week-long stay. Has indoor pool and hot tub. Complementary breakfast was better than most. Conveniently located to retail shopping and the historic district.

We just needed a place to stay for one night so the room was not bad, however there were somethings that could be improved. For one the lighting in the room was very dull one lamp did not work. The shower was way too hot even at the coldest possible setting it was still barely pretty hot. We tend to stay here when traveling as it is pretty close to the interstate with fuel and food options nearby.

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and the breakfast and parking were included - very good for the price. Close to the Historic Plaza in Santa Fe and the School of Art & Design. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Whilst not in the downtown area this turned out to be a handy location. There is a bus stop within a 2 minute walk and it's only $1.00 each way to anywhere the buses go, including Downtown, the airport, Museum Hill and the train stations. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a very large shopping centre within a brief walking distance - Santa Fe Place. The room had plenty of space and was well equipped. Breakfast was included and was better than most 'free breakfasts" I've encountered. The staff were helpful.
