This hotel was so gross, like the one you see out of a movie. I expected my room to be clean(so far from it), clean beds that smell clean(so gross), a decent tv(this was an old CRT 1990), paint and furniture were torn up. Honestly it looked abandon, the counter clerk that checked us in was awesome. The late night desk was so rude and hostile. The free breakfast looked like they robbed the foodbank. I would never go back here again.

I only used it to sleep and was gone for most of the day.

We checked in and and went to our room where we found the TV on, the beds messed up and what appeared to be narcotics paraphernalia and a knife on the night stand. The manager was a very nice lady who immediately upgraded us to a suite and apologized repeatedly. The suite we were then assigned to had no light in the bathroom as the fixture was hanging from the ceiling by two wires, and the TV remote control didn't work. The room was clean though. The next afternoon when we returned from working a local trade show, there were 2 Albuquerque Police Patrol cars handling some type of incident in one of the rooms. Our room hadn't been cleaned, and we had to go to the desk to request fresh towels. There were people repairing old cars in the parking lot. Never stay here.

We rented a suit and it had nothing like a suit would Dave except a fllthy mall sofa. No refrigerator, no microwave, the toilet paper holder. The room had a really bad odor. Awful room! We then complained to the manager the next day. They moved us to another room. This room was a little cleaner but there was no shower curtain, no towels, no coffee table. My husband had to bring all this stuff from the previous room. And of course no refrigerator, no microwave. Breakfast was terrible. The staff was nice that's about the only good thing I can say about this place. But what can we expect for the price. Ugh! You definitely get what you pay for witn this place. Never again.

The first room had blood stains on the sheets and the carpet was really obviously dirty. The room smelled like cigarette butts. Got a new room and the bed sheets were dirty as well, cigarette butt smell, and the tv was broke. Finally got a travel blanket out of the car and slept on top of the bed. To top things off the cops were at the room next door at 2 in the morning arresting the neighbors.

Reserved 2 rooms. There were no towels, no pillow cases, the AC did not work, the TV did not work, there was trash outside the door including meat wrappers. We were told by the desk clerk that no towels or pillow cases were available. Other guests had the same problem. We were not allowed to talk to a manager and only a manger could issue a refund. We were there less than an hour, handed in our keys and went to another hotel for the night. We were told we could talk to manager the next morning, so we stopped by—no manager, no refund. We reported this hotel to health officials, corporate headquarters and other agencies.

Terrible I don't recommend anyone to stay here rooms were dirty, staff were unfriendly, and pool had too much chemicals.

No towels available. Locked changed every night without being told. Cigarette burn holes in the bedding

The hotel was ok, it was not the one that I normally stay in when in Albuquerque, but it was balloonfest and most of the hotels were full. The room was really overpriced, but as stated it was balloonfest and all the hotels put their prices sky high during this period. The staff were friendly and helped out with all my requests. Location was good, close to a lot of restaurants etc. The room had stains all over the carpets but other than that it was clean. The walls were paper thin and we could clearly hear every word the neighbors were saying during the night, that part of the stay was not pleasant. I don't think we would stay here again, but that is only because we normally stay closer to downtown during our many visits to Albuquerque. All in all the hotel was adequate for our needs.

As for value, the hotel wasn't bad for 50/ night. It's rate the hotel a 3 star because service was friendly, rooms were clean, and location was really convenient. Only downside was the hotel keys were deactivated at one point and we had to go back to the front desk the next morning to reactivate the keys. The beds were soft, bathrooms were clean, and air conditioning worked. Overall a decent hotel, but if I didn't have the discounts, I might have chosen another place. Hotels raised their prices for international balloon festival, so finding someplace cheap was pretty difficult for a reasonable price.

First room smelled like someone had held a wrestling match there. The ceiling fan was missing all of the blades. There was a gaping hole in the bathroom's ceiling. No ironing board, no iron, NO HAIRDRYER, and no coffee pot. A second room was assigned after a verbal match with the manager and this one was cleaner and had a working fan but nothing else. Did not dare try out the pool or the continental breakfast!

We were not happy. Draws were broken, remote to TV was missing, we could still smell the smoke even though we were in non smoking, management would not quiet people, doors had large gaps underneath letting cold air and more noise in. Pool was over crowded. Just horrible experience!

it was nice and quiet. staff was friendly. i would recommend the hotel.

The location of this motel is what convinced me to purchase it, as well as the price considering I would only be there for 2 nights and most of time would be spent away. If you are looking to stay longer, go somewhere nicer. They are remodeling, so hopefully they can fix the broken door handles and crooked headboards. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, so that was nice.

i like this place. With indoor swimming pool. But the choice of the breakfast is limited Staffs is really nice,

Very basic, no frills. Just off the interstate with the Waffle House accross the street. The free breakfast is completely unsatisfactory and should not be considered. It does have free internet in lobby.

The room was ordinary, but the pillows were flat and didn't have covers on them. Had to ask to the staff to change them out. Cover on the bed had holes in it. Besides that, the pool area was disappointing and the hot tub was not cleaned. However, it was a very cheap hotel with easy access from the highway and a hospitable staff. Overall, the phrase "you get what you pay for" is fitting for this hotel.

The hotel is on a good area and close to Many restruants. The staff was excellent. Clean room, but no fridge. And the tv,s (it was a suite) were old and pretty funkie. Need new ones and a refrigerator. When I go back through I will stay here again.

Hotel is very dated and operated independently, so it is definitely a no-frills place. I can respect that but had some qualms since I requested a non-smoking room, but was placed in one that reeked of stale cigarettes and was extremely dingy. No other rooms were available for a room swap, as it is Balloon Fiesta season in ABQ. Would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again in the future.

was to hot in roombecause of pool and ants everywhere comingout from ac
