It's the perfect no-frills hotel across the street from the beach in a great location. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. I got exactly what I was looking for because I didn't need a resort, with resort prices and $35 per night parking. Instead, our room at Snooze was very comfortable and the parking is free. We had an ocean-view room with an amazing view of the beach and the ocean and this room came with a kitchenette, which was great because it has a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and sink. Even though there are so many restaurants within walking distance, the kitchenette gave us the opportunity to eat several of our meals in our room. And when we did go out to eat next door is our favorite restaurant Casablanca. The hotel staff are great. Very friendly and accomodating and you can tell they take pride in their hotel and are there to make your stay enjoyable. No hotel is perfect and neither is Snooze. The wifi in our 4th-floor room was virtually nonexistent. Even getting email was impossible with the weak signal. Forget streaming a Netflix movie or Youtube. They offer free towels, beach toys, suntan lotion, etc, but when we went to the beach there was only one towel left. Our bad luck. Later in the day there were plenty, so I learned to grab my towel early. Slow internet and lack of beach towels aside, I give this hotel my highest rating. We felt lucky we found Snooze and when I go back to Fort Lauderdale this is where I will be staying.

Rob the owner was great. Checked in with us prior to arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Made recommendations for the area. We really enjoyed this hotel and would highly recommend it to others!

Stayed here briefly for a weekend and absolutely loved it. Amazing location, right next to the beach and very central to downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping. The staff is EXCELLENT. Rooms are super clean and with an excellent view. Would stay here again, beats anything in that area and is just wonderful :)

Excellent affordable place to stay. No frills, just a comfortable friendly place to sleep.

The hotel is in an excellent location right across from the beach. The parking is tight but it is free. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable. The only problem we had was the AC. It was set at 65 went we checked in and it was freezing in there so we raised it to 75 and went to lunch and a stroll along the beach. When we got back the room was still chilly but the floors were all damp. So we lowered the AC to 72 to see if this would help, we had to lower it to 69 to get the floors to dry. The air outside was very humid but I have never encountered anything like this. For us it was not a huge problem and we didn't even tell the desk.

Great hotel with beach just across the street. The hotel loans out beach chairs and umbrellas. Parking is tight, but everything was in walking distance so I never needed to move the car in the three days I was there. I would definitely plan to return.

Location was excellent, room was very cute and clean. Water pressure and temperature were not good. Free to borrow beach chairs and towels which was great. Parking is free which is HUGE on this beach and rare. Owners friendly. Old building that has been partially renovated, so no frills and the elevator was a little sketchy.

Great view of the ocean. Very clean room, Small kitchenette, Wonderful restaurant next door. Helpful staff. Our room faced the ocean on the second floor. Next time I'd ask for 3rd floor as community balcony was just off our room so if we opened our drapes there was often someone just 10 feet from our window, so we needed to be dressed to open drapes. .

Just remodeled. Very clean. Right across from the beach. Has everything you want. Towels chairs and umbrellas for the beach at no charge. Free wifi. Very friendly owners.

Nice little hotel. Its no ritz carlton but it has basically everything you need anyway and you shouldnt be in your room anyway when youre on vacation. Staff was extremely nice and didnt hesitate to help you with anything. Would recommend any if the corner rooms over looking the ocean. They are currently renovating the rooftop and the plans are very nice. Location is perfect as you are literally a stones throw away from the ocean and a short walk from many of the shops. No more than $10 for a cab ride to anywhere on las olas or you can pay $1 for the trolley that takes to down the beachfront from galleria mall to las olas. Would definitely stay here again. It has everything you need at a great price.

Very comfortable. Loved the deck across from the ocean.

Whenever I am in Ft. Lauderdale I stay here. The location is great for walking and the closeness to the beach. The remodeling they have done is great. The staff is awesome. For what you pay it is the best bargain on Ft. Lauderdale beach.

This hotel is a nice, small, locally-owned place with very friendly and helpful staff. (No pool though!) This hotel is right across the road from a public accessible beach, and conveniently near a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Stayed there two nights with friends after a cruise out of Miami, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We got there and we were able to park our rental car for free (careful, parking is kinda tight - but FREE) and we got our key (which wasn't a card key, but an actual key - which I thought was cool!) We got up to our room, and it was very cozy and clean! We booked the double king bed room, which of course had two king beds, a television, dresser, night stands, a kitchenette complete with dishes, microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, and table/stools. The bathroom was very clean (mirror was a little small for my liking, but if that is my only complaint - I don't mind!) Shower head comes out of the ceiling, which was a little odd, but cool too. Also, we hadn't been to the area but wanted to do some exploring, and the gentleman in the front office was very helpful in sharing some of the cool spots in the area, touristy and not so touristy spots too. Overall - a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel! Great value - especially for the cleanliness and price!
