Let’s start with this is a no frills hotel, one bottle of shampoo and conditioner for two adults, no soap no lotion. Breakfast not good. Now this is the worst, getting a little break the floor was so wet the sign was not there, my better half slipped on the floor went down so fast hit his head, his whole arm is black and blue, neck hurts, he’s in bad shape. He waited a bit before getting up not one person from the hotel came over and when I went to tell them what happened they were actually watching all she said was “I saw” that’s it Then she said didnt he see the sign There was no sing down when he fell it came after he fell, I spoke with her at the front desk and she said she would look at the video. I went back before we checked out and asked if I could look at the video then she called for the manger Not one time did they even remotely think that whether their was a sign on the floor which there was not she didn’t care he fell and got hurt pretty bad, banged up, hit head, his shirt got ruined such a mark on the back he would not come out. Please note this has nothing to do with how I booked by expedia they are always wonderful This hotel is terrible for the cost ridiculous I will never stay at this hotel again

The lady that checked us in was great, the back of the hotel smelled like marijuana. Our room was nice, breakfast was weak, just eggs and sausage in the hot holders. Pancakes were very small. I passed on breakfast and got something at the airport

I had to check out at 330am since My flight departed at 6am. When I went down to the front desk to check out, there was no one at the front desk. I had to drop the keys and leave the facilities. They should have someone 24/7 for customer service.

The staff was kind. However, our room was dirty. There were traces of hair all over the bathroom. There were tooth floss pickers on the floor of the room. The water had a weird yellow tint and the toilet made a very loud noise whenever flushed. The bed was not mounted therefore it moved. The door was very difficult to open as it would get stuck. We struggled to get in and out of the room. We were literally stuck inside! Very unsafe.

The room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Staff was excellent the hotel is also close to alot of shopping and food. The only thing that was concerning was bathroom door had peeling paint not good if small children staying there.
