The room was not cleaned up before my stay. The pull out couch still had an old dirty sheet on it, the main bed’s bedding had crumbs and hair all over it (I took pictures), the toilet seat had black pubic hair on it, the floor had (you guessed it) hair, dust and crumbs and old wrappers in it… It was a very dirty room that I paid over $500/night for! Extremely disgusting and disappointing

The hotel had a musty smell. When getting off the 4th floor elevator you smell mold. Our room you can tell they painted over mold. The bed was super uncomfortable. First day we arrived I laid down and something hard was pressing against my leg. I took all sheets off and found two soap boxes tangled in the sheets. The bed itself had dips and felt like I was sinking. Room didn't feel clean. Whenever we stepped out of the hotel to go walk somewhere we were confronted by homeless people begging for money and was even followed home one night by some questionable person. Will not come back to this hotel or to St. Augustine. We actually cut our trip short and went home one day early.

Clean spacious room, nice front desk staff too. I did not like the $29 daily parking fee, which was not mentioned when I booked the reservation.. Also, housekeeping never came to our room during our 2 day stay to clean, exchange towels or to take the trash. Be aware of the not mentioned daily parking fee!

They force you to use Valet services, which cost an extra $60 for two nights and tips. The valet people were nice, but it slowed down everything we did as a family of five. I would not stay here again!

Parking was overpriced. Housekeeping wasnt that great. There is construction outside the parking lot making it a pain to exit. I was there 5 days and housekeeping came twice. The room smelled due to them not coming to take out the garbage. Even on my housekeeping day, they just dropped off towels and did nothing else. The room was big and great. But all the dishes where dirty. I wish this hotel had been better. It wasnt the worse. But i just didnt think it was convenient

Parking is $29 per night whether valet or not. The entrance street is under construction so it is difficult to get in and out (not the hotel’s fault). Room cleaning is NOT every day which we found curious. We had to get fresh towels at the desk and did not realize until the next morning we had no coffee or condiments for the in-room pot because no one cleaned the room. Breakfast was included and very good.

My flight was cancelled due to a tornado. I tried to call and canceled my reservation, but the manager wasn’t there and he was the only person able to cancel the reservation. I called, Travelocity called, and my insurance company tried to called, no response from the manager. The receptionist couldn’t even tell me when the manager would be back or when he would call back. No response from the manager no refund I would never use this hotel! I think it was very irresponsible of the manager to never call back.
