This is one of the least expensive hotels near the attractions in St Augustine. It’s a bit older than some, but it also has that charm of how hotels used to be. I did like that I did not have to drive downtown because traffic is horrible. So that and the price was the main selling point.

The pictures online are deceiving. It is a very old building. Needs some fresh paint in the rooms. It was very loud outside, thin walls. Great place to stay to be near attractions. A little pricey for the size of the room.

Clean enough, but have been better. Very outdated. The office is very dirty and outdated. Breakfast was ok, it needed more food. The food was cold. They need more room for more tables.

Property was perfect for what we needed. We stayed 3 nights for nights of lights festival. Walkable to everything and a trolley stop right there Rooms were updated. Staff was very accommodating. We needed a pack and play so I called the morning of check in. They weren’t sure they had one. When we checked in our room we had a brand new pack and play waiting for us. I’m pretty sure one of the staff members went out to get it that day.

Room was fine and comfortable for the one night we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The king room we stayed in needs a little attention. The queen bedroom we also had was great! Parking was easy and great to have. Location close to everything
