Great location on the beach. Private, not over crowded. The rooms were clean and room service was daily. Great for families and for pets. They had a little bit of everything. Restaurant, gift shop, 24/7 gym, vending machines and free laundry room.

Upon arrival we were told that a storm came through and knocked out the hot water. We were offered 50% off our stay if we chose to stay and not cancel. We chose to stay and regretted it. The room was dirty especially the bathroom. Tried taking a cold shower and it was just too cold. Had to just wash with a soapy rag for the time of our stay which was Sunday-Tuesday. I will say that the pool area, cabana with bar and corn hole area was great! It also had a private boardwalk to and from the beach with a shower and rinse off area which was nice.

We were aware that it was a pet friendly property, but not aware there wasn’t an option for a pet free room. I booked it last minute and didn’t pay as close attention to the details as I should have. Dogs were barking throughout the night and the day. It felt like we were at a kennel. There seemed to be some water issues on our floor, so the room had a mixture of a mold and pet smell. The bathroom needed some basic maintenance due to holes/cracks in the tile. The furniture was dusty. Otherwise, it’s a great quiet location right on the beach. Great food options in the area. One of our favorite areas to stay when we head over to St. Augustine for a quick getaway.

Great place to stay when visiting St. Augustine. We got an upgraded ocean view which was great. Access to the ocean was amazing, beautiful warm water, not crowded. Rooms were clean and spacious, tiki bar and pool were nice to have. Restaurant onsite was good as well

Checked in told after wards elovator wasnt workong. Room on the 5th floor. They didnt offer any help to climb 5 flights of strairs with a new born. Got to the room ac didnt work for the first 3 hours of us being there.. the tiki was closed on saturday. Paid 300 a night to stay and it qas not worth it.

I liked that it was right on the beach, however no beach view from the sides of hotel. Also, I did not know that it was hotel with dogs since we did not have dogs I would not booked if I knew it advance. It was not written when I booked on expedia. Also, I did not know the room was across elevator and since doors of the room had large gaps around it you could hear people walking even in the middle of the night.

Unfortunately, this hotel needs some serious renovations. The rooms smell and so do the old carpets in the hallway. Some of the furniture in the lobby area need to be replaced. The pool needs serious renovations. On the second night there, the power went out and we were unable to return to our room because the access key would not work. We had no hot water and had to shower with cold water. On the next day, our departure, we received a message from the hotel that there was no running water. It’s unfortunate that this happened. I believe a rightful refund would be the correct response. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was exceptional the first night we were there.

Great place! Very surprised with the property, better than I thought it would be. All the staff was amazing! All very kind and helpful! Especially the young man putting up our beach accommodations! I love that you don’t have to go anywhere once you’re there! Only one thing I didn’t see was an area to buy things that you might forget when traveling, tooth brush, toothpaste and etc. Restaurant had great food and prices were decent. We will definitely be going back and staying longer!
