Liked property is Gulf front. Was disappointed they changed our room to a smaller room.

Truly amazing hotel.. seems to be undergoing some upgrading. The hall was a little to noisy could use a buffer in the rooms the door seemed to thin. Room was dark and cozy which I love at night. Beach view is amazing. I will be back!!

Property is nice. Some renovation going on but nothing that gets in the way or is bothersome. Cleanliness is important to me and I'd give them a B on that. Hotel is close to good restaurants and bars. Pool area is nice and beach is gorgeous. I'd stay here again.

This place sucks. From check in ,the young lady at the front desk that could hardly be bothered. She was miserable! It was like we were really bothering her. The room was absolutely terrible, and hazardous. The bathroom bathtub had equipment that was falling of the wall and falling apart. I almost got cut on the fold out chair while showering. The bathroom sink was loose and falling off of the wall. The sink plunger did not work, and there was no place to put your shaving gear. There was no closet and no closet doors. The flooring was old and wore out. The lighting was terrible. One mounted light at the entrance to the room one light above the bathroom sink, and one free standing lamp in the corner. No nightstand lamp. The back door to the balcony was rusty and very hard to open. The bed and bedding was really poor. The hotel was really rundown.

All was great. Nice to have a pet friendly room! Lobby was great, room needs work but we know renovation is ongoing. We'd suggest this hotel to our friends anytime!

I appreciated the "Ocean Blue Waters, Surf, Waves" theme, only addition I would have loved...is a little bit of the ALOHA spirit

We loved the location, the pool and the beach. We didn’t like the fact there was no restrooms at the pool ( yet there is a bar there), there was public access to the unlocked pool. employee parked in limited room access and no chance to get our 3 rooms anywhere close to each other.

The lobby was nice the room was dated and dirty , the carpet in the room was old and the floor tiles in the bath were dirty

Old, dirty, rate way too high since advertised as a Guy Harvey resort. It’s really a 1970 Holiday Inn. The elevator is ancient slow and scary. Room had wet carpet, mold in the shower, found an old baby’s bottle under the bed. Felt bad for the guy babysitting the towels at the pool. Didn’t even have enough for guest, kept having to run the laundry. Location was nice and restaurant was food. But for the price I would have just went to the Hilton

The property was located conveniently on the water. But not walking distance from shops and dining. We did not know we were getting a pet friendly room when we arrived and the room smelled like a wet dog. Housekeeping was not consistent cleaning room and providing towels on a daily basis, which is expected from a resort hotel. Bed bugs in bed.

Location was great I like the hotel the beach was beautiful

I like that the hotel is pet friendly, walking distance from the beach and seemed cleaned. The issues I had was no WIFI and the AC didn't cool enough. I called the front desk several times and they "reset the modem" and I still couldn't connect. They recommended that I use the internet in the lobby and that wasn't convenient for me or my son who wanted to go online and play during our evening there. The first night, the AC was making a weird noise and I didn't get much sleep but when I called it in, they did fix it. However, the room felt "humid or musky", I don't think the AC was working or cooling well enough. Also, in the mornings I heard people walking in the hallway, like if the walls are super thin. For a two night stay with our dog, was okay but I won't be going back.
