Great two day stay oceanview room with balcony clean good pool with cabanas for food and drink and rentals surf and boogie boards good nice surrounding deck and dining area good usual great Guy Harvey decor

The staff at the front counter was very accommodating and professional. The staff at the restaurant was also very polite and accommodating. I enjoyed the location of the hotel on the beach and appreciated that the size of the hotel was an overwhelmingly large and overcrowded. I had a lovely, peaceful, Zen trip for a week.

The Guy Harvey art is awesome in the lobby. Right on St Augustine Beach. Older property but very well kept. Elevators need updated.

Love this property. Has a restaurant onsite, our room was clean each day and short walk to beach. Pet friendly also but very clean facility. Loved it! Will be back 😊

The door had cracks around it, which allowed me to hear all the noise in the hallway.

I love this property Been staying there 4 years now every time I come to St Augustine and they never disappoint!

Other than being a little dated it is a very nice place to stay. They are currently under construction on the units that have balconies by ocean/pool so once that is completed I think it will be even better. The bar and pool are were great and access to beach was perfect.

The hotel is in a great location. Most of the staff is great. People in the front desk in not very friendly. But what is worst is that this is more a Dog's Hotel. People leave dogs there and go out and dogs are barking for hours. I call the front desk about a dog that had been barking for two hours and the they told me that they will call the owners right away. I'm sure they call the owners, but they arrive like one hour later. That wasn't the only incident. There are dogs barking everywere. At least they should define a section for people with dogs and people that don't like dogs around. The other thing is that you find the carpet not very clear due to the dogs. Too bad because we love the location and the view. We paid for a ocean front hotel and loved the room and the view, but the dog's noise is unbearable. I love dogs, but not dogs barking all the time.

Dirty bathroom, hair on the ceiling and the bathroom when we arrived. Rusty tub and door hinges. Faded yellow spots on the beds. Spots on the carpet. Closet had greasy spots. Vending ice machine wasn't working on our floor. Definitely not a 4-star quality hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only real issue we had was the on site restaurant. They are extremely understaffed and it shows. There was about 4 tables sat and we had to wait 15-20 min to be sat. We heard a complaint from the next door table their eggs were not cooked and the plate full of oil. Our breakfast was subpar no real taste to it, my husband said the biscuits and gravy was awful. He said to the waitress the food was meh and she just walked away. We were ready to check out but the server was nowhere to be found, my husband had to get up to walk to the bar to get anyone to help and that is when he saw the server talking to the gift shop employee like it was break time. We had a scheduled excursion to get to so my husband just brought the check to her. The actual hotel room was lovely we had a queen bed, and bunk bed for my son. We also brought our dog along with us the floors are tiled just in case of any accidents. Only complaint about the room is that the walls/door were paper thin, at 1AM we could hear some men drunk being loud in the hallways yelling and laughing, one time even hit our door which scared us half to death and made our dog go berserk barking. (sorry if the barking woke anyone up).

Overall nice, needs to work on painting areas that still look run down. Parking was poor

It's a nice, clean beachfront property.

Very nice resorts to stay at. Checking in checking out very easy. Room was nice and clean. Only drawback it is dog friendly. I love dogs but the parking in the middle of the night and morning can you get on your nerves. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The bathroom was small and didn't have an air vent.

Nice and clean

Will stay again
