I loved the place but a couple things stuck out, One is the gap between the bottom of doors connecting the room next door, you can hear your neighbors like they are in your room with you. Two is you can tell the bar is short staffed and struggling.

Worst experience ever! The bed sheets where dirty with spots, we tried to contact reception and never picked up the phone we had to go down to request a change of clothes and the when to the room and gave us a set so we can do it ourselves!!! Also, bathroom toilet super dirty like they haven’t cleaned it in weeks.They told us that they will take cate of us at checkout and never happened l, they told us that this will need to take care directly with Orbitz! So, orbitz what are you going to do ??

Very clean room. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. Private beach allowed a relaxing and refreshing walk at sunrise. It was very nice to have a full breakfast in stead of the normal grab and go. My omelet was light and fluffy with very fresh ingredients. I just loved my stay.

The place was situated well, walking on the beach was nice. Had a guest that was a little weird to us and we didn’t feel super safe in the rooms as the doors were a bit flimsy but nothing happened and the front desk was very helpful. Place felt clean but not pristine.

For the money we paid, the room was in terrible condition. Our main complaint was the drain flies. They were everywhere. The location is wonderful, but the resort itself needs a serious update. Although the service was great, we would not stay here again.
