I loved the place but a couple things stuck out, One is the gap between the bottom of doors connecting the room next door, you can hear your neighbors like they are in your room with you. Two is you can tell the bar is short staffed and struggling.

Although the resort itself was very nice. the front desk and managerial service was far less than good. I paid in advance for two rooms through Expedia, with the only exception being the resort fees and taxes on those resort fees. At check I paid for the resort fees for both room with my credit card which paid us up for all expenses for both rooms. They also took down my credit card as well as my friend's credit card to cover any incedentals charged to either room. After we left the resort my friend noticed that credit card was charge for his room, resort fees and taxes on his resort fee chard, (all for what I had already for though Expedia). The food was fresh and good quality. The staff was spot on. Especially Rachel. My check in was phenomenal and she also offered the best service and quality with a smile. The entire facility was very accommodating from the lobby shop , the restaurant and the bar. My room faced the ocean and the balcony was memorable.
