not exactly what we expected from the Guy Harvey name but it was acceptable for a one night stay on passing through St. Augustine. Clean comfortable beds and bathrooms but the atmosphere was a bit motel-ish. Other than that seemed like a nice place.
Great stay. Rooms could use a bit of a facelift and accommodation were comfortable and spacious.
This property surprised me wasnt sure what to expect. But it was amazing. Room super clean staff amazing bar/restaurants was great and well staffed with great employees. And being dog friendly part made the trip (wasnt traveling with my dogs this trip). For a trip that wasn't ment to be enjoyed the staff made it alot better 15/10. Only thing id like to see changed was a heated pool but cant win them all

Clean and friendly staff. Thanks God I didn't pay for 2 nights. Too loud. For $180 a night I was expecting to sleep like a baby, but it didn't happen. People next to us were talking and kids playing til 1am, a dog barking in another room. I was in the 1st floor, walls to thin. Housekeeping carts, way too loud. Making another reservation now for another hotel. This won't be an option for us next time that we visit St. Augustine

Property is not well maintained. Works if you don't really care where you stay but beyond the lobby, I wouldn't recommend. We will not stay there again. Old and again, poorly maintained and dirty/cheaply decorated.
The place is outdated and shows it’s age, but the staff is wonderful and the property it clean.
On the beach. And walkable to restaurants
Large group of college students staying at property and partying all night on our floor and banging on doors. Front desk called and stated they had not overnight security.

The staff at the front counter was very accommodating and professional. The staff at the restaurant was also very polite and accommodating. I enjoyed the location of the hotel on the beach and appreciated that the size of the hotel was an overwhelmingly large and overcrowded. I had a lovely, peaceful, Zen trip for a week.
The Guy Harvey art is awesome in the lobby. Right on St Augustine Beach. Older property but very well kept. Elevators need updated.
Love this property. Has a restaurant onsite, our room was clean each day and short walk to beach. Pet friendly also but very clean facility. Loved it! Will be back 😊
