Loved the restaurant Santiago. Great food age service at fair prices. Fresh b squeeze orange juice! We had breakfast and dinner there twice. We wanted to stay and rest a couple of nights. Resort needs upgrade around lobby area specially. Great location and ok rooms. The beds will get you! Corners always hurt! Mattresses comfortable. Or area of rooms need upgrading and still have carpeting on floors. Seems they have upgraded the bottom doors and we were on the top 5 th floor. . Had a partial view of ocean which was nice.

Customer service was amazing and the food /drink at Santiago’s is fantastic. Cleanliness of the room however was incredibly disappointing. Found debris still on hardwood floors and rugs upon arrival, took a wipe to the hardwood floors and the wipe was left black as if they hardly get cleaned. Lots of debris, dust and hair left in bathroom especially along baseboards. The overall appearance of the structure of the walls, ceiling and shower looked like an apartment where the manager just paints over imperfections instead of fixing them.

For $600 for two nights the rooms were TINY as well as the bathroom. We had a Rated here years ago when they were dirt redoing it so it was in much better shape. The only pro really was in was on the beach. Pool was small and packed all the time

Our stay was amazing! Service form front desk to the restaurant and pool shack was wonderful, everyone was so nice.Our room was very clean. We loved the pool and beach access. Pool is salt water we spent our whole time there. We will be coming back soon!
