Worst experience ever! The bed sheets where dirty with spots, we tried to contact reception and never picked up the phone we had to go down to request a change of clothes and the when to the room and gave us a set so we can do it ourselves!!! Also, bathroom toilet super dirty like they haven’t cleaned it in weeks.They told us that they will take cate of us at checkout and never happened l, they told us that this will need to take care directly with Orbitz! So, orbitz what are you going to do ??

Our room was right next to the elevator. the bed was against the wall and all we heard was it running and loud grinding. The bathroom sink was painted with latex paint which was peeling. The maid did not wipe down bathroom sink or vanity as there was evidence of previous use. The maid did not wipe down table where coffee maker was. Not reallys ure what she did other than make the beds. and finally, the person who checked us in asked me for a form of payment. I said please use this card, which I handed to her and not the card on file that the deposot was made on. later on I checked my balance and she had billed the entire amount to the card on file. the grounds were nice but the room we were in was old and noisy.
