I loved the place but a couple things stuck out, One is the gap between the bottom of doors connecting the room next door, you can hear your neighbors like they are in your room with you. Two is you can tell the bar is short staffed and struggling.

Staff was excellent. Location and beach were fantastic. The room was run down and the floors were very dirty. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The onsite restaurant (Santiago’s) was very good. We did enjoy our stay but the resort could use some TLC.

This place was perfect! We were originally only going to stay 1 night, but enjoyed it so much that we stayed 3! Room was immaculate & beds were comfortable. Shower was great with strong water pressure. Given extra towels without even asking. The restaurant had DELICIOUS food & cocktails! There is also a retail shop right in the lobby. Plenty of beautiful outdoor spaces, including tiki bar & located right on the beach. Every single staff member was helpful & very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the location of the hotel being right on the beach. The beds were comfortable and several pillows were supplied. In a scale of 1-10 on cleanliness for the room, I would give it a seven. Not a deal breaker tho. The hotel restaurant had music bingo the night we stayed and it was a lot of fun.

ROMM was spotless.. Loved the gift shop and bar/restaurant as you walk into hotel check- in. Because it's been somewhat cold compared to Florida normal temperatures, i assume it was not super full ( beavh fromt property) The clerk was super upbeat, friendly and upgraded our room to Ocean Front (Gorgeous) and a small balvony over looking the pool. While service is exceptional the rooms are run down. Sadly my room smelled of weed upon arrival. And I also was not a ran that you could see in the room from the outside being on the first floor. Really good location and on the beach. Maybe it just needs an update. I stayed feb 2026 and the last time I stayed here was 2019 it was much better then but that was of course before everything.
