Worst experience ever! The bed sheets where dirty with spots, we tried to contact reception and never picked up the phone we had to go down to request a change of clothes and the when to the room and gave us a set so we can do it ourselves!!! Also, bathroom toilet super dirty like they haven’t cleaned it in weeks.They told us that they will take cate of us at checkout and never happened l, they told us that this will need to take care directly with Orbitz! So, orbitz what are you going to do ??

The breakfast wasn’t free. The food was good though. Partial ocean view is a far distance. The complementary body lotion was half empty. The toilet is very low to the floor. The noise level was high.

Long line and poor service at the restaurant and ni one wa at the front desk when we went to check out. My wife wanted to purchase something from the gift shop but left it behind because no one was there for minutes fir her to pay. So we left our room keys and went elsewhere to eat and shop.
