Accommodating staff and great sack lunches and coffee.

The pool area was nice, staff was pleasant, rooms were nice and we appreciated the ability to adjust room temp.

The room was not properly cleaned but not filthy. I am allergic to feathers and all the bedding is down. I asked for it to be replaced and had to replace is myself The bathroom door did not lock. We never received new towels or toiletries we had to take old ones to the front to get new! On our last night we were celebrating our anniversary with our children. We went to the beach and out to eat which is all fairly close. We came in hoping to bathe and sleep before a ten hour car ride home the next morning. During the bathing of my five year old the tub broke! She was scalded with hot water then flew soaking wet from the tub. The handle would not shut off or go to cold so water was starting to fill the tub. My burned child is crying and freezing and soaking the room in terror. We call the front and a young girl says no one is there to fix it and she will call us back! The water is on full blast mind you. She calls back to say the maintenance man will be there soon. Thirty minutes later he shows up. It is nearly midnight now. He dismantles the shower and says a frog something broke inside the wall which controls the hot cold blender. He turns off the water and we are asked to move to a different room. I had to remove all feather bedding and replace myself again!!!! Move all my stuff and children at midnight. For this trouble they removed the parking fee they charge per day!!!!! 15$ a day. Orbitz tried to reason with the property they did nothing

We liked its location and the look of the property. The manager Jordan was a huge help when it came to questions about the area and making us feel at home. I believe whatever your paying him is not enough and he deserves a pay increase. Even with the corona out break he's not let it get in the way of amazing customer service.

We didn’t know we had to pay to park until check in..$15.00 a day.. couldn’t use the free trolley or free breakfast, pool, gym because of Covid 19..a little disappointing to be charged for parking and not get to have all the other amenities..

Offered a free shuttle into town. Had great shower products. Offered water, coffees and teas.

Service was great, love the location. One thing that I’ve noticed about multiple double tree properties is that you can hear the rooms next to yours. Not an easy fix. Also, our refrigerator was making a noise so I unplugged it and the ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working. But the folks in the lobby helped me get ice.

Very close to everything including the Old City portion of St. Augustine

Large rooms and wide hallways. Beds situated away from the doors so helped in keeping it quiet at night. Staff was very courteous and helpful except for one bar tender. We are going to assume we caught him on a bad night as he bit our heads off within 2 minutes of ordering. It appeared he tried to make up for it by not charging for our daughter's coke, but he had already ruined the evening we had planned to listen to the jazz music - we left after one drink.

Location was very convenient you could walk to almost anything from there!

It seemed a bit chincy when you pay an exorbitant fee for the rooms and then they want to clip you for a bottle of water and the breakfast buffet that for other guests were free of charge.
