This little gem is so quaint and just perfect for a couple days in St Augustine. Right at the foot of the bridge it is a short walk to downtown. Most rooms sit right on the intracoastal where you will walk out your room onto a deck that has two rockers and beautiful sunsets. The social hour with small bites and white wine at 5pm and the breakfast (both included) were so charming and the staff was absolutely one of the friendliest we’ve come across in our travels. Thank you Edgewater for a wonderful stay!

This was a very cute inn to stay in. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman serving breakfast, who was able to give us a history of the area. The view of the water is beautiful. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the room. Other than that, great stay!
