The space
I take great care of my home, which is why we have a perfect 10 rating. You can trust the house will be meticulously clean upon check-in, and that you will be comfortable, as the sheets and towels are 100% cotton (and always updated), all the mattresses and sofa's are new, and the kitchen is fully stocked. There are 5 TV's in the house, a living room and a den (each with TV's), so there's plenty of space for everyone to do their thing. There's also lots of board games, books to take to the beach, a beach wagon and beach chairs. Again, read the guest reviews and you'll see why our guests love staying here.

Our little beachside neighborhood is awesome; super cute, very quite and very well maintained. The pool is very clean, there's a private cabana walkway to the beach where you can have drinks. At the house you have an upper deck and lower patio with seating, perfect for sitting outside and having drinks or morning coffee.....it really is a beach paradise.

Guest access
The entire house is yours for your stay. You also have access to the heated community pool, which is 75 steps from our front door.

Other things to note

I do everything I can to ensure your stay is perfect. If you need anything I'm a text message away.

While I understand you're on vacation, that's not excuse to trash my house. So if you know you, or your kids, or friends, are very messy or won't respect the simple house rules, it's probably best you don't book the house. You, nor I, need the aggravation.

Also, if you bring pets, you will immediately be removed from the property and not refunded.

Lastly, if you bring more guests than you have registered at the time of booking, you will be charged a minimum of $45 per additional guest per night (Jan, Feb, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec), and during peak seasons, it will be $75 per guest per night (March, April, June, July, Aug).
