I traveled with my family and pets. The rooms were spacious, clean and calming decor. The breakfast area was very cozy. There was a variety of items to pick from (hot and cold). The location was perfect for walking to downtown St. Augustine for shopping and dining options. We all enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely return :)

One Night Stay in St. Augustine, FL

This hotel is located within walking distance to the Fountain of Youth and the trolley depot. It is a little far when walking to shopping and restaurants. We did manage to walk though. The hotel was perfect for what I needed it for, a one night stay to see St. Augustine with my friend. The front desk staff was very welcoming, which I appreciated.

The air quality in the room made my wife sick We turned on heat to take the chill off in the room and it smelled awful and set off the CO detector. The comfort of the bed was fine and staff were very friendly.

Property was great most of everything was great except for the air conditioner, rattling and making pumping noise like pumping water out. They did offer to move us, but they didn’t have anymore single king size beds they wanted to move us to a double queen and me and my wife did not want that the air conditioner was not screwed into the wall. I am a maintenance man at a resort and it just needed to be tightened. All the screws were loose and not screwed in. I could pull it out of the wall. I tightened it myself the best I could without tools that helped the rattling, but not the pumping water sound. But I think it is a good hotel to stay at. It’s very close to everything. Everything is 5 to 10 minutes away and the outlet mall is only 17 minutes away. It’s very affordable.

$15 parking fee no good

For one night it was fine. The “hot” water was warm. The lady checking us in was short worded and struggled to be nice. No where I seen I would have to pay to park. They charged an additional $15 to park. Not happy about that. It was clean and clean sheets and towels. Economy breakfast.

We booked a suite to accommodate two adults and a pet. The room condition was awful with remnants of pot outside the door entrance and actual dead roach inside the room. Floors were filthy and bathroom had mold in the corners. The odor inside the room was so awful we decided to leave the property and stay elsewhere. Very disappointed and different from the online reviews which rated cleanliness as "good" or "excellent". I suspect the suites are used for parties and such since it accommodates more guests than the standard room.
