"I decided to stay here hoping for a decent place to rest, but the reality was a nightmare. From the moment you walk in, there are foul odors (a mix of dampness and stale air) that permeate the entire place. The hygiene is non-existent: I found dirt in corners that clearly hadn't been cleaned in weeks. To top it off, the furnishings are embarrassing; the furniture is old, destroyed, and in terrible condition, giving a feeling of total abandonment. To make matters worse, the service from the staff was horrible. Far from trying to solve the problems, they showed an indifferent and unprofessional attitude. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone; it is a waste of money and time."

Great location for people with dogs and the shuttle to downtown is excellent. We reserved a deluxe pet room but it was smaller than the one we had our last visit. Breakfast room has plenty of seating and an average selection of food.

They changed the breakfast since the new owners took over. It was Southern Oaks Inn when we booked it. Our room floor was dirty. Our socks were black writhing 15 min of walking around. The Staff was good and the Shuttle was good, even if they charge for that as well now. Dislike having to pay $20 + tax nightly now to park.

Stayed here in 2022 and wow the quality deteriorated by a landslide. We loved the shuttle back in 2022, it was complimentary- now it costs 5 dollars which is fine but the front desk failed to tell us this even when I asked about the shuttle schedule. We tried getting on the shuttle and we were turned away and they left without us. We tried buying a pass but the front desk took half an hour to tend to people in the lobby so we decided to walk to the shopping district. Our bathroom door got stuck and I tried calling the front desk- no one answered. So I went to the front desk and the front desk guy told me he would come as soon as he was done with the remaining guests in the lobby. He literally never came so I had to go down again and he was alone, pretty sure he forgot about us. He had a really weird defensive attitude when I asked again, because we wanted to go to bed! (It was 11:30). I ended up unlocking it myself with a Bobby pin since he came 30 minutes after that, I was already in my pijamas. The breakfast was a joke so we didn’t even try to eat there. Don’t waste your time here.

The breakfast was really nice. They had scrambled eggs. sausage, pancakes, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, fruit, danishes, etc. The gentlemen who takes care of that area keeps it full and clean. All the staff are really nice. We stayed here the first time because of the shuttle. We returned here because of our experience the first time Our second trp was equally nice. We'll stay here again.
