Telephone in room did not work, we didnt need it, so waited until checkout to report it

Everything about the property was great. Staff was very nice as well. Only a couple of gripes. First for the 1st two days the A/C kept shutting off in our room due to condensation. After the third time, someone had to come in and vacuum out the pan. Secondly, I wish I would have picked a room not facing the new construction. Other than that, everything was excellent and we will definitely be back.

$28 for valet, $22 resort fee $30 taxes per day on top of room rate was unexpected. Hotel and grounds are beautiful, breakfast hot and good but limited choices due to covid and the same every day. We paid for an ocean view room but got a room facing construction. All said, the view of the ocean from the pool and grounds is spectacular. Couldn’t be in a better location and the hotel is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the area. I’ll be back.

I loved how they had the outside set up. Lots of comfy chairs very spaced out. The pool and area around the pool was beautiful. They had large green areas. What I didn't like was they wouldn't turn on the gas fire pits. I paid extra for a balcony and ocean view and they put me on the first floor and the only view was the construction site where they are building a new wing. Couldn't even see the ocean. They corrected it and gave me another room but why did they put anyone in that first room unless they were going to take a few hundred off the bill. The coffee was really good but the food was cold on the breakfast buffet. We went to the front desk and found out there are no Ubers in that area so they called us a taxi. As we were waiting for the taxi a Trolley for town down pulls up. It would have been nice if the people at the front desk had mentioned that. Would have saved us some money.

The staff was amazing. Room service was on point. The rooms were very clean. First hotel I’ve stayed at where I didn’t need my own pillow and blankets.

Great location. Beautiful decor. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere The restaurant was great! Good service and delicious food

Disappointed in food and although lovely very pricey..valet parking and $22/ day hotel fees for what? unable to use pool so no need for beach towels...

Beautiful hotel and grounds overlooking the ocean. Breakfast for an Embassy Suites was disappointing. Good selection, but poor quality. Other amenities were very good, and option of valet parking only , along with the daily fee excessive.

Perfect position , nice , clean, quite, beautiful view if you have ocean view

Waited over an hour after check-in to get our room and did not get the room we booked. We we asked they simply waived our resort fee and told us they did not have any more rooms available.

Our ocean front room was spacious and nicely furnished. The grounds offered room to roam or relax in comfy patio furniture complete with heaters. Furthermore, what's not to like about a complimentary drink and breakfast to add to your stay. Wish it had been longer.

Staff all extremely friendly bedrooms very nice pool area very nicely appointed

Gorgeous hotel right on the water and great restaurants in walking distance!

I loved how friendly the front desk employees were. Very accommodating. I wasn’t impressed with the bar staff. Rude and very unwelcoming. The pool bar wasn’t open and it was 80 degrees out which was disappointing. Should’ve definitely had at least a poolside server to run food & drinks to and from Rhum Bar but besides that, this hotel is gorgeous and very clean. Loved it. :)

This is an amazing property. Best vacation stay on St. Augustine beach, hands down.

- Cleaning of the room did not happen regularly - public toilets did not flush sufficiently - expensive valet parking only
