New to Vrbo but I have 59 - 5 star reviews on Airbnb, with a total of 64 reviews. I only use fragrance free cleaning products that claim to be free of toxic chemicals. Bring the whole family and make some wonderful memories in this spacious 3 bed, 2 bath condo with all you need for a home from home experience. With private beach access, 2 pools, a hot tub and community barbecue.
Nights of Lights, Downtown St Augustine & Miles of Sugar Sand Beach are just a few of the attractions St Augustine has to offer.

The space
Welcome to our beach retreat.
This 1562 sq ft split plan, open and light corner unit condo has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and four bar stools. The dining area has a table and six chairs with two additional leafs stored in the twin bedroom closet.
The living area has a sofa, loves seat, side table, coffee table and an armoire which houses a TV and a DVD player. Double sliding glass doors then take you out to a large north facing patio with seating area.
The spacious master bedroom has a four poster king size bed with a Simmons Sleep System Superior mattress, two bedside dressers, a large bedroom dresser with mirror, two bedroom chairs, two walk in closets a ceiling fan and 32" smart TV with built in Roku. There is a door leading out to the patio and also an ensuite with walk in shower, a deep bathtub and twin vanities with cabinets and drawers. All linens and towels, including beach towels, supplied. Also within the unit you will find beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach trolley, kids surf boards and some beach toys.
Each bathroom has a hair dryer in the drawer.
The second bedroom has a king size bed with a Beauty Rest Recharge mattress, a bedside dresser, a large dresser, a bedroom chair, ceiling fan and a 32" smart TV with built in Roku .
The third bedroom has two single beds, a bedside dresser, ceiling fan and 32" smart TV with built in Roku.
The second bathroom has a tub and shower and single vanity with cabinets and drawers.
The laundry room has a full size washing machine and dryer.
The condo also has an iron and ironing board, a vacuum and all windows have plantation shutters.
Although we are dog-friendly, we do have a maximum weight limit of 45 pounds and we don't allow certain breeds as specified by the HOA. We will need to know the breed and weight prior to reserving. Failure to disclose will result in additional fees and/or cancellation of stay.

Park on the ground floor covered car park and take the elevator or stairs up one level to the condo or drive up the ramp and park outside the door to the condo.
