Lovely hotel, amenities and staff. Don't miss a Vegas level buffet but without the expensive price tag. Restaurants are good and the hotel is in great condition. However, get ready for second hand smoke. Brutal! If you are not used to a heavy smoke environment this will be a bit of a problem. It is heavy and you cannot escape it until you go to the elevator to the rooms.

Awesome casino and clean rooms. Will definitely come back again.

Enjoyed my stay but was unfortunately there for one night. Will stay again!

Stayed here on a work trip, it's everything you expect, except there is no escaping the smoke smell, even in the non-smoking rooms, you smell like an ashtray for the next two days.

My first experience at the hotel. I was not let down. The beds are great and I slept very good for a change. I usually have trouble getting comfortable in the beds and sleeping, not the case with the Hard Rock. Also the room was very upper class. I was amazed how well the air quality was in the casino area. I am asthmatic so the cigaret smell would have set me off. The fresh smell of the air quality was absolutely wonderful to breathe. Will book at the Hard Rock Hotel again no question. Would definitely reccommend the Hotel for your next stay.

good gaming but rooms are very pricy on weekends and casino is extremely busy

Las Vegas style gaming experience. Best on Florida's gulf coast

I made my travel reservations well in advance and after a long flight and a very hectic day, they lost my reservation I showed them my confirmation print out and it clearly stated non smoking and I was put in smoking. I couldnt get into my room until they found my reservation and it took so long to obtain my info I was running late to meet my friend for dinner and I had to put my suitcase behind the concierge counter and get dressed in the public restroom(I should have left then, but I traveled a long way to see a friend I haven't seen in many years)but I tried to make the best of it. I met my friend for dinner (LATE of course)and explained the non smoking room situation and my friend agreed to switch rooms (WITH THE HOTEL STAFFS PERMISSION) and they knocked on the door all morning every hour until I had to leave for the airport w/very little sleep. I ordered room service and the staff was less than helpful the food was terrible and at checkout they said I had a balance of $50. which wasn't true...finally after almost missing my shuttle to the airport they realized the bill wasn't even mine. The staff treated me like a squatter because apparently the staff didnt document my friend and I changing rooms and he checked out early morning so they thought the room was vacant. They knocked all morning and when I would get up and go to the door they were gone. I called the front desk and advsd them of the room adjustment and they were less then accommodating, In fact, down right rude. I paid alot for that room and I wasn't able to relax for even a minute. It's upsetting because I always wanted to stay at a Hard Rock. I wish I knew what I was in for because I would have just slept in my car, I'm sure it couldn't have been much worse. After I returned home I was so upset by my experience I called the hotel and they apologized ,but made no attempt to recify the situation. Never again.. I was really disappointed I was only in Fl. for the night and I feel I lost all that time dealing w/ the incompetence and lack of concern of the staff. Does anyone know what Customer service means anymore??? some of these employees act like your being paid to stay there and you owe them something and its such a bother for them to do their job ... UNBELIEVABLE especially when so many are out of work right now, they should be grateful they are still employed... at least for now. This was the most stressful stay of my life. I was completely on edge and my nerves were shot by the time I got in the shuttle to the airport.

the staff could be a little bit nicer , happier , and the hotel could accommodate a later check out for a 300+ room night plus what you "most probably" would lose at the casino if you gamble, which is the main attraction , and Vegas , or Cherokee casino in Carolina are better at, especially when you return to your room at 4am.

This hotel is top notch. American Airlines however is the worst airline and will never travel on them again.

We stayed after a concert at the Amphitheater. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and modern. The room was pricy but good location and has gambling.

Our expereince with the hotel was flawless. Orbitz, however, failed to make our reservation with the hotel despite the fact that I was sent a confirmation. The hotel took about a half hour to straighten out the error and comped us $25.00 for food or drinks during our stay for our patience. I appreciated the security in place to screen those going into the hotel elevators from the casino level. The valet and bellman service was top shelf. My reason for giving it only a value of three is due to the fact that our one night stay cost as much as a five star hotel in Boston and I believe casino hotels should have rates that reflect the fact that you are gambling in their establishment.

The Hard Rock Cafe Hotel Tampa is an entertaining choice. Firt the positives: The memorabillia, decor and theme is fun and entertaining. The rooms are well-appointed, and very comfortable. The hygenie items are nice. The negatives: Be aware that check in has never been available before 4 pm, but the wait (if you can spend some time in the casino/bar/etc) is worth it. Great Interstate access, just on the edge of Tampa and not far from Orlando via I-4!

When we arrived it took 15 minutes, and after i questioned 3 valet attendents, to get my car accepted when there were only two other cars there. There was no bellhop service and when requested at the front desk, the manager needed to walk outside to find no one was there. It took over 40 minutes to get served our breakfast order and it was wrong and cold. We had mini bar charges from other rooms and guests on our bill and were given a run around whentrying to get this reconciled. The hotel management didn't care about the complaints nor did they try to correct them. I am still awaiting a call from the hotel manager that was suppose to take place last week. There is a huge lack of customer service.

The Seminole Hard Rock In Tampa was a very comfortable and convenient hotel. The food selection could have been better, they only had two choices. The hotel spa was nice and the casino was fun. The room was very spacious and had most of what I was looking for in a good room.

Rooms were neat and cool, but I thought this was a full casino hotel and it is only slots and poker. It's a little bit out of downtown, but not too bad. All in all a neat room, good staff, and I would stay there again.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT NICE BED BATHROOM WAS TOP NOTCH PLENTY OF ROOM WE ALSO HAD ROOM SERVICE AND WHAT CAN I SAY VANTASTIC I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS AND I CANT WAIT TO STAY AGAIN
