No one is obviously checking to see how many people guests are crowding multiple members of their family into one room. Your waterpark cost $25 and you won’t allow tickets to be sold until 11 so guests are forced to stand in line waiting to purchase tickets when they could easily purchase tickets instead of waiting in line for an hour starting at 11 AM. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The blankets were requested didn’t come until the next day. The check-in was a nightmare. The concierge did not know where our building was because he didn’t have a map. Turns out when he finally got one. The building was literally behind the check-in office. I was given keys but told the wrong room number so my family and I spent 20 minutes walking back-and-forth trying to get into a room that wasn’t assigned us then I got a call from your concierge saying I still had to pay a $68 registration fee or resort fee. When I was checking in I kept asking them. “Is there anything else I need to do to pay before?” the kid at the front told me no only for me to get a call from the manager 20 minutes later saying I need to come back walk all the way back from my room to the check-in office to pay them the $68 and they eventually gave me the right room number. This whole thing took about an hour and a half. It was literally the worst check-in process I’ve ever had in my entire life. The only thing I liked about the entire stay was the fireworks that was the only thing I enjoyed, terrible experience

It was clean but the wifi was horrible no connection at all. The walls was paper thin. You could hear the neighbors entire conversation. The ajoining room door was unlocked and the neighbors did open it while we were in the room. You have to pay for most of the amenities. Not my type of resort.

Don’t waste your money or time booking this resort for your next vacation. The facility is old, dirty, with advertisements of restaurants that are completely closed. The tv in the VILLA living room is a decent size but with a dinosaur remote control, giving you options to connect your HDMI cable . . . What year are we in and who travels with that cable on a vacation? The tv in the room has a remote control stating Netflix on it, yet there is no option to log onto it or stream from your phone. Our son called the front desk on our first day there to get the tv fixed, it would not change channels (the all 10 it had) nor did the volume button change, we waited for over 40 minutes and no one showed up. The shower head dropped the most minimal water with such foul sewage smell, the pressure of it all sucked and there was nothing to adjust it. The toilet in the VILLA was the size used preferably for a toddler learning to use the restroom. The pool reeked like sewage water along with the regular sinks in the VILLA. The worst experience we have ever had in a hotel room, we lasted one night out of the 4 we booked and had to find a new place. Our son deserved a nicer hotel for his surprise summer vacation and 10th birthday. We will never go back again.

I think that check out should be at 11am and check in 3pm. I would suggest for those who have a late flight, have some sort of changing area with a shower so that those who hang around waiting and use amenities such as pool and freshen up before headed to airport.

This is supposed to be a family destination but there was a lot of groups and the smell of marijuana all over the place and our bathroom our bathtub was filthy

It was not the typical mini vacation I’m use to as we have never stayed at an all inclusive before. Yes it was minor of nice but have to pay so much for the room should have came with waterpark access. Would I do it again, possibly but not 100% sure. Staff was on point. Mexican restaurant on property definitely not worth it. Overpriced drinks as well.

The room was clean and well equipped with necessities. The waterpark was underwhelming and needs to be upgraded for the price you are paying to stay here. I have stayed elsewhere for half the price and my family had more fun at the waterpark. Its also not much for toddlers to do but more for adults.
