The resort itself was great. The pools and the restaurants were excellent. The room we were in was very outdated and had small televisions. Maybe if we came back we will book different room or location on property.
Ohhhhhhh my God! The resort was beautiful, beautiful scenery to take pictures, film relax and enjoy! You can’t go wrong if you book this resort!
great A
Best resort.
We decided to stay at the Westgate because of the waterpark for the kids. The waterpark is NOT included in your stay. There is an additional fee, per person, per day. Even if parents want to lounge by the pool or just supervise while the kids use the waterpark, you need to pay an entrance fee. Aside from the waterpark, the property is very crowded. Parking is tight.
The property is a glorified apartment complex. The only attractions that was above and beyond a normal FL apartment complex was the Jurassic Mini golf (kids loved) and the small game room. The fact that we couldn't use the main pool with the water slides, lazy river and splash pad without paying $100 for my family consisting of a 3 year old and 5 year old was absolutely ridiculous and a money grab by the property, considering we were charged and paid an amenity fee in addition to the nightly stay.
The staff was friendly, the rooms were sufficient for our family of 4. There was a ton to do at the resort which was great! My one complaint is that they were not able to provide us with a workable crib for our son even though we requested one when we booked.
The resort was pleasant. Water park is not included in the stay.
This was a terrible hotel with even worse customer service.
I like that they added more restaurants. i wished I knew they no longer offer a bus to Magic Kingdom
It was convenient, clean, friendly staff. A lot of activities and good food.
Property is great!! Everything
I didn’t like that we could not take a shower because the shower was not working. The water was cut off. I went to speak to a manager and she stated that they will send somebody over to fix it. I advised her that it should have been inspected before she rented out the room. I asked for my money back and left the property.
Beautiful property I recommend
Very nice, clean, quiet, safe and very friendly customer service
Everything the whole property was amazing
