WE FOGET OUR CLOTHING IN BATH ROOM AND CALLED BACK HOTEL AND THEY TOLD US THAT THEY CAN NOT FIND AND CAN NOT HELP
Staff is excellent. Hurricane damage to landscaping is extreme. No room service was shocking.

I cancelled a cruise last minute and booked a lovely room with balcony at the Marriott Sanibel Resort & Spa. Every person - at valet, at check in, restaurant servers, bartender, spa staff all were incredibly accommodating. They were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. I loved every minute!
Captiva Tower needs more. There is nothing there except a vending machine so if you need something you have leave to other location.

Seems like hotel allows non-guests to use pool to have their own parties and bring in food and drink from outside. I felt like paying guests got crowded out by non-guests with their loud boom boxes.
The views were beautiful. The pools were nice. There was no room service and there wasn't a restaurant or store in the building I stayed in.
The staff was amazing! So friendly and accommodating. Anything that was needed was provided immediately. From the front desk, to the pool service, to the gift shop, to car service. I cant rave enough. I will definitely be back!

We had tv the 1st night of our stay, but not after that. When we told hotel staff about this, they said there was a power surge. None of then apologized for this or asked for our room to address the situation for us. The only after hours food/drinks (after restaurant hours ) is in a vending machine in the other building. Which i found out didn't except cash or wasn't working.
The property is pretty. The rooms are large. The grounds were well kept and the pools were nice. I was not impressed with the Marriott staff. Not friendly at all. The only two nice people were both shuttle drivers.
