Very helpful and friendly staff. Bonnie at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful.

Nice quiet hotel with new appliances, feel very comfortable there

Nice Hotel, very clean and comfortable. All appliances are new

If you ever stayed at a hotel for a 100$ per night then you will be disappointed. This hotel is same level as 50-60$/night motels. Smells, old, paint is chipping of the walls, bathroom is not good, room cleaning once every 7 days, stove and cookware is old and in terrible condition, TV is small( my desktop is bigger),staff is not friendly. I would never come back again and would not recommend it to others.

Very helpful and kind staff. Comfortable rooms, free wifi. The heated pool is amazing. Overall I would recommend it

Quiet area and quiet room. Good location between fort myers and sanibel

This hotel was great ,clean nice quite rooms with room to move around comfortably. Not to far to drive to the twins stadium or to the beach , and we found this great little ice cream place ( love boat ice cream ) just a little ways from there . I highly recommend this hotel .

We just needed a place to sleep near the airport for one night. This hotel was fine for this.

I slept soundly at Candlewood Suites. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and dark.

Candlewood is quiet, centrally located, and clean. Nice kitchenette in room, good bed/pillows etc. The workout room is also important to us. My only suggestion is to supply spray cleaner and paper towels to wipe equip down after use. Washer/dryer is free. It is a great value.

My experience at Candlewood Suites was great. Because of the kitchen, I was able to cook if I liked. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very roomy. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The only thing missing was a bar!

Very utilitarian. No frills, strange location. Strictly a business hotel. Not for vacationers.

Was very disappointed. Stayed last year and had a great time. This year, no housekeeping, poor pool set up, not very friendly.

I chose the Candlewood Suites because it saved me $200 over the La Quinta right off Summerlin that I normally stay at. After my stay I will continue to stay at the La Quinta, the $200 saved was not worth it. I say this because the staff at Candlewood was not helpful. I did not realize that housekeeping only came once a week. Quickly enough we ran out of clean towels (2 people staying in hotel) and the hotel says you can exchange for clean towels at the front desk. I take the towels down and there are none ready and I was told they would be delivered to my room. The towels never came. When I called down a new person told me they had towels but were busy so I needed to come down. I came down and the gentleman at the desk said he only had so many to spare. The original towels in our room were falling apart so it may be better if the hotel itself invests in new towels all together. There was never a sense of urgency by any staff member and most of the time one was not behind the counter. The room itself had everything necessary but I prefer the La Quinta all the way. The location is not bad. It is off of Summerlin and right next to a middle school. It's a short drive to Sanibel/Captiva and Cape Coral which are main places I went.

Room was not that clean, shower curtains were so dirty and stinky that I had to take them off and ask for new ones. The cleaning personal NeVeR cleaned behind beds or under bed, cause we found sleepers there someone's .....

Good The hotel was GREAT! .... very clean ...professional Bad Pool heated was built mostly in the shadow of the building

Chose hotel to explore Fort Myers and Naples for 2 days. Covenient and comfortable base for both. Staff were very helpful and loved the studio suites with all that was needed for self catering. Particularly liked "The Cupboard" where you could help yourself to more tea or coffee and creamer or buy food for simple meals. Free laundry and gym and pool if wished. Would definitely recommend and choose Candlewood Suites again.

The hotel was a short drive from Ft.Myers main drag,& the causways that enter Sanibel. For the pkg. price,(of hotel & car),you couldn't do better."Not complaining",but, their pool is outdoors,& the air conditioning is a little loud.'Still, unless you want to pay for a luxury room, where you won't be spending much time anyway, this joint's OK. JP

This hotel is located just a few minutes from two great beaches (Sannibel and Ft Myers Beach). We love to visit both beaches so it's idea for the price. Nice new rooms, big refrigerator, stove, microwave, free washer/dryers in the laundry room and if no one else is using them there's 3 or 4 washers and 3 or 4 dryers! The kids loved it. There's a wildlife pond in the back with two small alligators you can see (very safe! the kids liked it). Easy to get to anything you need groceries, pharmacy, food, beaches. VERY SAFE area tucked away in a business development. Very new! I would go there again without hesitation and I'm picky. I would give it a 5 if they had a hot tub and continental breakfast. That's the only two things missing on our stay. Excellent service/friendly workers!!!

This location was a bit tricky to find, tucked back off the highway, but the GPS found it great. Fantastic rooms, great desk help, and easy to get to both Sanibel and Fort Myers Beaches. Only 10 minutes from Minnesota Twins spring training facility and only 20 to the airport. Overall a great stay with no hassles!!!
