Overall, the property and rooms were in good shape. It was the checkin process that was a nightmare. The kiosk check in system would be fine, if it actually worked; however, it was riddled with glitches and the check in process took no less than 30 minutes and required me to share sensitive information in a very non secure manner.
Great stay for price, everything was clean, pool was nice and clean, only annoying thing was no front desk help, there was a guy at a kiosk it went smooth but if a long wait it would have been frustrating, my suggestion is more kiosks,
Nobody at desk asked for 200 dollar deposit on 1 night stay
we have stayed at this hotel for many years,always seems to be better
The self check in was not a good experience. Could barely understand person on the zoom. I will not stay at any hotel that uses this type of check in again.
