I'm not entirely sure how a issue or matter requiring attention would be handled...
We had a very nice time. The room was clean, the service was impeccable, and the free breakfast was great. It is a great family hotel that is affordable yet nice. I got this room for a baseball tournament. It met all of our needs while being close to the fields.

We loved this hotel because of the staff. It was also a nice room for the price. We had what we needed to see our grandson play ball. It was all about convenience for us.

Did not like checking in on a kiosk. I prefer human interaction. The shower head in our bathroom had low water pressure. Otherwise, a clean, nicely decorated property.
