In 3 days we stayed at the hotel room never been cleaned or trash collected or towels replaced. Whole building is very outdated. Kitchen cabinetts and counters are stiky to touch. Coffee maker had leftover coffee from previous guests - lucky us - we do not drink coffee. Our room could have 6 guest but its only one dining chair. Hottub in pool area non operational shut down by the department of health according to sign next to it. Gym is out of service with no explanation what happened to it.

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful. Very polite, friendly and helpful. My complaint was the cleanliness of our room. I am totally ok with OLD HOTELS, OLD FURNITURE and old decor but there is no reason an old hotel has to be dirty. The bedspread was gross with hair and particles on the underside. The corners in every room had dust bunnies, finger nails and dirt. The front of the refrigerator was totally rusted...but the inside was clean. The bathtub, sink and bed sheets were clean but the room and hallways stunk of stale cigarette smoke and grease. Housekeepers need to use sweeper attachments and clean corners...AND WASH BEDSPREADS

The rooms need upgrading the hallways and carpets were stained and terrible. This is the second hotel that I booked on Expedia for this past trip that the conditions shown on your advertisement is nothing like the condition when you get there no wonder you sell so many room rooms.

Room wasn't ready at check in, put in a different room after waiting in the lobby. This was 4pm when check in time was supposed to be 3pm. I will say the staff was pleasant and helpful and the issues I have is beyond the front desk control. The room, the floor was sticky and our feet were black from walking on it. The toilets didn't flush, the staff had plungers ready and acknowledged the plumbing is known subpar. The refrigerator didn't work, nor one burner on the stove. The TVs were old outdated CRT with grainy picture quality. Everything in the room was outdated and worn. the cabinets were literally peeling the veneer and flaked off on the floor.Cigarette burns in the couches and chairs. Just a lot of little annoying things like no real coffee for the in room coffee maker (they said they were out of stock), no soap or shampoo (we had our own but still...) Overall the place looks dated and dingy, noisy elevators and on and on. Not what we experienced based on our stay last year. I will say, looking over the tattered bed spreads and rock hard beds, the bedding and linens were clean. I don't know what happened in a year's time but we'll never go back

The room was spacious for the price although it had older furnishings and the t.v. capacity was limited. It was clean and had all the necessities. The only thing it didn't have was a microwave-oh, and the toaster should be replaced. Other than that everything was fine. The staff were cordial and helpful.
