The pool didn’t work. The hot tub broke the tvs were circa 1980. The wifi was slower than a turtle. It was a very dated hotel it doesn’t look like they invested any money in it for quite a few years.

The property is centrally located, minutes from Cape Coral, perhaps 35 min from both Ft Myers and Ft Myers beach. The room's are suites with a sitting area and kitchenette. I was told the room was cleaned every three days, although new towels, etc were brought in I do not believe bed linens were changed. The hotel is by a parkway but there was no problem with noise. I recommended the property to an associate who is heading to Ft Myers beach as ideal to stay. There are no ice machines, ice in a bag, no cost, is available from the front desk.

The air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work, the telephone didn’t work, they didn’t have an iron but an ironing board and iron holder, furniture had water spots, very old and needs cleaning. Towels are very worn and little.

Got to the room opened the door turned on the lights and the first thing we see was a cockroach running. The small kitchen was rusty knobs missing from the oven. We went into the bedroom and lifted the mattress only to find a few mor bugs. We packed up went right back down and canceled the room and found another hotel. So far I still haven’t received a refund

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was clean but the furniture was quite dated and in need of steam cleaning or replacement. There was a Publix and CVS within walking distance, and other restaurants and stores within short driving distance. Easy drive to Ft. Myers Beach. Overall, the location and accommodation were adequate for our needs. If the facility were to be updated, I would consider staying again.

This is a suite-hotel used by workmen. It is well used but convenient for the nearby strip mall with its Publix, Chinese takeaway, pizza place, barbers & nail bar. There is also a Goodwill store there. The pool is small but clean but the outside furniture needs replacing.

Rooms need updating.

Hotel attendant was very nice and helpful. The room was on the dingy, gross side. The fridge was rusty, the bed had who knows what kind of stain on the side and the couch was covered in stains.

Property was clean a little out dated but lots of room especially for family’s we had a suite room 213. I was very nervous about the reviews but it was great for a short trip. Front Desk was friendly only complaint is pool does close at sun down about 6:30pm but this property was worth the cheap price

Staff were very friendly! Hotel is in process of being updated so some things are old (stains on hallway carpets, old wallpaper, etc.) but it looks like they’re working on it. I had a renovated room and it was nice, especially for the price. Nice stocked kitchenette. Pillows could be upgraded. They were very flat and uncomfortable, but the bed was good. Towels are small and rough but they work. I had to wash clothes during my stay and their washing machines and dryers are great. Only $1.75 each. They even provide detergent! I’ll definitely be back. The lady that works the night shift is so sweet and kind!
