Welcome to Florida! This home is situated in one of southwest Florida's ideal locations. Access to private golf course and restaurant makes for easy living. If you are interested in waterfront relaxation it is minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches.
The home is a two bedroom with large office space that can be used as a third bedroom to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Primary bedroom features ensuite and walkout entry to lanai. All rooms are equipped with smart tv's.
The open concept floor plan allows for easy indoor-outdoor living. Great room has access and view to fully furnished lanai for swimming, grilling, entertaining or relaxing in front of the outdoor tv. Updated eat in kitchen opens up to great room. Kitchen features all new appliances and is filled with everything needed for cooking and entertaining.

We enjoyed it again
We stayed this again in this property. Again we enjoyed our stay as last year. Very nice property and well equipped for a stay with a family.

Highly recommendable
We stayed 3 weeks in this property. The house is newly rennovated after Ian and it is very nicely furnished, meeting European taste. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Arriving on a weekend iit s not that easy as the office of the gated community is not on duty. The host was very helpful in getting problems resolved.
