Hotel and room is fair. But AC was so noisy and loud. Impossible to sleep. Finally we turned off due the horrible sound. We were a party of three and for all of us was almos impossible to sleep with the noise

Fine, but basic airport hotel.

The rooms were dirty and it was overpriced. The a/c closet had a layer of dust on it that was disgusting. The blow dryer was rusty and dirty. All rooms need to be redone

It’s a place to sleep. Free breakfast!

The staff was nice and welcoming, but this place is the pits. The room I stayed in wasn’t good. The couch had stains on it, the microwave door wouldn’t close so the light just stayed on, the bed is not comfortable and has really small pillows, the shower was either freezing or hot lava, and the worst part was the humming in the walls. Something would turn on and buzz every 2 minutes. It would buzz for 30 seconds, turn off, wait 2 minutes, and then turn back on. Imagine somebody turning on their car right outside your window every minutes. This should be a $20 a night hotel.

Good: Room was clean and you can tell they did some upgrades around the hotel and rooms. Looks like they need some finishing touches to complete them. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and felt safe. AC worked well. Decent size fridge and microwave in the room Bad: The shuttle to pick me up at the airport was 45 minutes late. Was told it was a tire issue on the phone but the driver said he was never told I was coming. Left 20 minutes late going back to the airport. I set up times on both ends and they were never met. Bathroom door was new and needed new paint since they caulked the big holes. Also needed some WD-40 to stop the loud creak. Door was very tough to open to get into the room. Comforter had an ink stain. Shower head was too low and the tub didn't drain well.

The surroundings were stunning, the area felt safe, and the staff was outstanding. I had no complaints whatsoever !

Room was very dilapidated. One drawer had no bottom in it. Carpet dirty & torn. Holes in walls. Hair stuck to the bathroom wall & painted over. I have pictures if you would like to see them. Staff not wearing masks. But at least we didn't see any roaches!

This property is definitely “you get what you paid for” due to the condition of the hotel. The room had tons of cracks on the floor, walls, and ceiling. The bathroom door had tons of holes that had different colored plaster to fill the holes showing. The carpet felt as if it has never been cleaned in years, it felt squishy and moist but it was dry. The door lock jammed every single time and we had to insert our key 2x in a row in order to open the door to the room. The hallway had this prominent smell to it that wasn’t foul but wasn’t clean either. The maid knocked on our door at 10am asking us to check-out (when check-out is 11am) so she could clean our room. We got bagged snacks each morning, I wouldn’t call it a breakfast because it contains lunch snacks for grade schoolers, minus the sandwich and substituted with a tiny cinnamon roll. I understand with Covid, precautions are in place, but this is not breakfast. It was a good effort though. I guarantee we will not stay here again.

Worn down but friendly staff

The room was clean but the bathroom was outdated no basket of shampoo or soap no drain in the tub it was missing. No coffee maker. The fridge was nice the tv and microwave was nice so

The staff were friendly and informative. It was close to the airport and the early morning shuttle service was excellent (he was very friendly and courteous). The sofa bed cushions were very stained, there was a rip in the plastic window curtain that let light in the room at night. My room was very “tired” and needed some attention.

Conveniently located, very close to I-75, plenty of places to eat nearby.

I requested an early check in when I called the day of arrival and was told no problem come at 2:00. We had to wait in our car for an hour before we could check in. In addition our room 124 was next to maid service and they were so loud yelling to one another I couldn’t nap when I finally got in my room. The gap under the door is so big the light came thru from the hall and I couldn’t sleep. Had to put a towel. I called the manager, Patel, to complain twice and he still has not called me back. Terrible service and was expensive at 130 a night. Second time staying there and will be my last!

Room assigned 407 was found not cleaned and necer worked after last ckeckout. We were told that there was no more rooms available and after few minutes a handycap room was assigned but the AC was not working.

The staff was nice and welcoming, but this place is the pits. The room I stayed in wasn’t good. The couch had stains on it, the microwave door wouldn’t close so the light just stayed on, the bed is not comfortable and has really small pillows, the shower was either freezing or hot lava, and the worst part was the humming in the walls. Imagine somebody turning on their car right outside your window every minutes. This should be a $20 a night hotel.
