The rooms are horribly maintained. The shower faucet handle was loosley hanging off the wall, the shower pan was lifting from the floor with a clear gap full of mold under it, the walls were missing photos with hooks just left there, the furniture was all pulled out from the walls with a single power cord behind it to run the mini fridge caked in dust and grime. The mini fridge was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep. Every switch, knob, surface was coated in dirty fingerprints. The bathroom door would not latch to close. Maintenance staff was painting over mold on the outside of the building. It looks like there is a wall of windows for the room based on outside photos, but 2 of the 3 windows are walled up from the inside of the room. The positive side is staff was friendly, baseboards were oddly the only part of the room dusted and the toilet was clean. Its a cheap spot if you are a kid on spring break, but not reccomended if you are trying to have a romantic getaway.

this stay was absolutely disgusting. roaches in the bathroom. dust and nasty debris all over the bathroom tub. tools left out on the sink. i couldn’t even shower after a 18 hour drive. the beds were so itchy. i had to call my family to come get me and stay with them last minute. the staff was so ignorant and refused to refund me my money for the 2 nights when i stayed 1 night because i didn’t have a choice!!! they were so nasty over the phone.

I want to start with the negative - pet policy for the beach was not abided by. There was dog poop every where. I know the hotel staff can’t monitor the beach area but I’d look into enforcing clean up. It was not fun to dodge poop on the beach with kids. Secondly, we were told the pool was closed on our last night they opened it because they had an event. If you can open it for an event - you can open it for all paying guest. We had rip currents the entire visit and the pool would have been nice for the kids. Clean room, efficient. House keeping was wonderful daily.

Nightmare stay

The first night we had no hot water. Called front desk. She had an attitude and not a care in the world. It was maybe 2 other guests there so not like they were busy. After about 20 mins I called back and asked can we just be put in another room and she moved our room! Next morning we have no water period. We can’t shower, brush teeth, or use the bathroom. And again the same rude front desk girl. She didn’t gaf about any inconvenience. Hubby and I are frequent visitors here but this is our last time! We’ll stick with the Raddison!
