Pet friendly bad internet connection but clean and decent price

Location! Location! Location! Set apart from the commercial area & right on the beach this was the perfect relaxing get away.. the only major ding was no wi-fi.. claims of upgrading systems that were not noted upon booking. Staff at the tiki bar were all fantastic!!

The front desk staff was rude and not very friendly. PET FRIENDLY is a joke. Basically the only place your pet is allowed is in your room. This is a has been property.. Will not go back!!!

The only perk of this place is it’s located near the beach, they completely lied in advertisements the food is not free as advertised they lied and said pets were allowed on the beach and they lied about providing beach chairs and umbrellas. The patio view is more like putting a plastic chair on a sidewalk while I will return to pcb I will never book with this hotel again. PS while I was trying to check a customer was complaining about a rat in the room also.

Hotels still charge ridiculous rates but the condition of the overall property does not match up well with the price. I paid almost $150 for one night and the tiles on the shower weren't even fixed... and the towels were dingy. Paranoia set in because the room didn't 'feel' clean

The room could have been updated! The internet and cable was out they did not let me know that so my kids were super bored going to bed with nothing to watch or play on their devices and game! The location to the beach is stunning and we did have a very great time despite some of the conditions in the room!

We arrived and were assigned a room that we had chosen, we got luggage up, opened door and the room was not clean. There were cups laying about, sheets 1/2 off bed, futon cushion 1/2 in the floor, food, sand and trash throughout. no toilet paper. We thought we had walked into someones room. This doesn’t give one much faith in the cleanliness of where they are staying especially during the corona pandemic. The Room was in no way ready to b slept in. Went straight to lobby and they were going to assign us another room. After standing there for almost an hour while they were checking the 2nd room to see if it was clean or not, we Finally got into the alternate room and the amenities we requested and payed for were not included as part of this alternative room. We then requested to change rooms to a room like the one we payed for and had anticipated staying in. we had reserved And payed for a 2 nights stay after thoroughly researching, finding, reserving, paying for a 2 nights stay and driving 6 hours to get there. we spent 2 nights there at the Boardwalk not able to do the things we were going to the Boardwalk to do in the first place. Due to no fault of ours. That’s what our whole trip was for, Staying in a nice place that has a balcony overlooking the ocean. That all. Oh, and for it to b clean when we get there. Talked to orbitz and front desk manager at boardwalk which were neither one helpful . both telling us there was nothing they could do. There was nothing they could

I never seen roaches that big before other than that it was ok for the money

Staff was very friendly. Was a last minute stay. We were there for softball world series. Nice clean room. We enjoyed while we were able to be in room. Pools were nice. Property was kept up nicely. Would highly recommend.

We had to change rooms three times. Had to move from our first room because plumbing was no good. The second room the air conditioner went out. So the third room we had was ok. There were so issues with loud guests. Over all it wasn't a pleasant vacation.

Immediate access to the beach was convenient. Food was good, but couldn’t eat inside the bar/restaurant due to Covid restrictions. A lot of unsupervised teenagers, loud and drunk, which resulted in violence, police, and an ambulance. Room was mediocre, served its purpose, but old and dated. This was my first stay in Panama City Beach, I wasn’t impressed and will not likely return.

Absolutely love staying here at this property! We have a great experience Everytime.

The view of the beach was beautiful. Walking distance to Pineapple Willies.
