Horrible places, dirty roaches, would not stay. Tried to change place but could not because it was booked through Oribitz. Orbitz would not refund the money. Will not ever yse orbitz again.

Our building had its own pool and beach access, the office and resturant building was a walk to access. Arcade was tokens only, and machine wouldnt take money to exchage for tokens, bummer for the kids. Soap despensers in bathroom, in my room was empty. Small amount of shampoo became our bath/hand soap. Late check in.

One of my worse stays ever.there was cracks in the door and you can hear people in the next room . Hotel was outdated and the beds was horrible.

The room was Hot! The AC hardly worked, we had it on 60° the whole time we were there and the room never got cold. The people beside us started partying at 12 midnight and lasted all night long, Very noisy. They do not provide ice machines. There is an ice machine in the lobby but you must pay $6 for a 7 lb bag. Across the street Walmart has ice for $2.03 for a 7lb bag. Parking was limited.

As far as clean beds and a place to stay it was fine. Housekeeping sucked. They didnt clean or change towels or sheets but once every 4 days. They only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper. If we needed clean towels we had to go request them from the front desk ourselves. Dont expect anything great from them. Also no ice machines, we were told we could use the ice at snack bar but then retold at snack bar we could not but could purchase ice from them if we wanted too. Would not recommend.

We loved that the ground floor patio rooms opened up right to the beach. We didn't like that i was escorted by security to the front desk the second day of our stay to extend the checkout to late checkout due to their non working phone in the room.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The rooms are a bit dated but they were relatively clean and the beds were comfortable. The pools were clean and the very short walk to the beach was nice.
