It was a nicely presented property but there were no real amenities. Can’t change to your room, only one elevator worked with long wait times, nothing special. It was clean and convenient. That’s all.

The staff were excellent and the property and amenities were top notch. The room seemed completely sound proof, which is very nice if you're and the shower was excellent. The only had a couple minor issues: 1. There was a $5/day parking fee, but there weren't enough actual parking spots in the lot, so I had to park next to a dumpster in an unmarked spot. 2. There was a gate at the entrance to the lot, but I received no instructions for getting past the gate. It turns out you just need to drive within a couple feet of the gate and it automatically opens, but it would be nice to have been told that prior to my arrival. 3. The smart TV was was very slow to respond to remote comands, which was a bit frustrating.

Great hotel, beautiful room! Hospitality could have been better. Shower and hot tub wasn’t warm enough. However, overall a good stay. Parking charge was a surprise to us also.

The staff at the hotel were all very professional. The room was very modern European. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The only odd thing was the bathroom set up. The toilet is by itself with a sliding glass door that slides between the toilet and shower stall. Essentially making it odd for two people to use simultaneously. The sink is around the corner in the room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced. The pool looked nice but the weather was not cooperative.

Seriously was up in the air about staying here just because I’m not familiar with this hotel HOWEVER, my wife and I were blown away at how nice this hotel was. We loved the industrial design of the rooms, we had the best view over the pool, beds were nice, shower was HUGE! My wife only has one complaint. There were no shelves or anything in the shower to put our bath products. No where to hang our towels either. We will for sure be coming back to stay at this hotel. It was a whole vibe!
