Very modern, clean, new hotel. Excellent rate. Walking distance from the Sarasota airport. Staff was excellent. Everything was great except for the shower. The tile pan was not built with the correct pitch; therefore, the shower did not drain properly causing it to have standing water.

I LOVE this hotel! Professional, courteous and very accomodating staff. The modern cool vibe of the hotel decorum is pleasing and welcoming. The room was clean, the breakfast was very tasty and the pool and massage amenities were excellent.

Hotel was very clean and chic. Rooms are compacted and I would Suggest only one person to a king size room. We did not try breakfast but the rate of $7 is a great rate… now on to check in. The FD associate was not rude but definitely not accommodating upon my card being ran, he claimed it declined. I showed Him their card reader that read approved. He insisted that it declined. The hotel is ok. It’s clean and modern. The location is ok. If you just need an inexpensive place to sleep it’s fine. But the parking lot was overpacked, with cars blocking travel lanes. The breakfast buffet is not free, even though most competitors offer free breakfast. The pool is “heated,” but the water was still too cold to swim (I’d guess the water was in the high 70s when I visited in late November). And the elevator was incredibly slow, and the down button on our floor was broken. I eventually just started using the stairs because it was faster. So overall, I was a little disappointed, but, like I said, it’s safe and clean and fine if you just need a place to sleep.
