We came in early morning and they gave us another room to sleep in until our room was ready at no cost. We encountered bad weather and they were flexible with us even though we had a 5 day room stay to go day by day. Nice keep up on the beach sand which got hit bad from rain due to hurricane Harvey. They were on it once our do not disturb sign went down to get our room clean. Lots of amenities and the day before we left and had checked out we were able to spend the whole day their and enjoy the outside amenities.

We had a great time, hotel was exceptional. We where on the first floor and liked the fact we didn't have to use the elevator every time we left our room. If I had to complain about something it would be all the carts that rolled past our room on that bumpy walkway, it seemed to start at 7:00 am and ended late in the day. It made it really hard to sleep in.

It was a nice family hotel. I am gay and was alone. My husband joined me later. The hotel was lovely. Nice, bright clean rooms. Great staff. I like kids, do the the family aspect was fine by me. However, others might be put off by the strong presence of kids and teenagers.

Resort hotel, updates rooms often. Beautiful beachside pools. Perfect for our family Thanksgiving weekend. Rooms with kitchens are good for families. Pricey but worth it. Poolside food service was very slow. No other complaints. We will return next year.

The Room is not confortable Neither the acces to the beach And the food menu is poor

The hotel labels their rooms as a suite, but it really is a one room studio room type. Don't let let it fool you thinking the bedroom and living room to be separate, its really all together because it is a studio room. I called Orbit to verify if it is two rooms and they said it is but it really was not they were lying because it turned out to be a studio room. MISS ADVERTISING!!! They found a way to trick the people because it does have a living room and a bedroom but it is all together and not separate at all like the advertised. If they called it a studio you would know its one room and would not be fooled and would be getting your monies worth.

Perfect location with ocean view at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved Tiki Bar and breakfast .

The hotel met all expectations, was very pet friendly and the tiki bar staff was great

nice place on the beach. Would go again if the opportunity presents itself.

Location is great, beach well maintained. Loved the adults only pool. Re-model in progress and changes look great. Food/bar a little pricey-cheaper to leave and eat out and to buy alcohol and mix your own drinks in the room. Will visit again I'm sure:)

This is the second time we stay at The Lido Beach Resortsnd we loved. Very clean rooms, nice pool area, friendly staff and off course the beautiful beach.

We went to Lido Key Resort on recommendation of a colleague. We saw it was member of Opal Group, which includes some very high end properties. Hotel was ideally located on beach and near St. Armand's, but we thought it would be more upscale given the price. We were in the 3 floor building vs. the neighboring 8 floor building (which appeared to be more modernized). Our building and room needed some TLC, but i believe property is undergoing renovations.

THought it would be more luxurious than that ... But very good value of money.

We ended up upgrading so we did not have to stay in that room. The hotel is tired. And..even with our upgrade.. we were placed in a room that was noisy and not at all pleasant. There were plenty of empty rooms to which we could have been assigned. Housekeeping was good. The people at the service desk did us a favor when they acknowledged our presence and talked to us. I would not recommend this hotel,

We stayed for a night and had an amazing time, the hotel is what you need, is neat and clean, you walk to the pool and you are at the beach, the sunset is beautiful.

While this place isn't flashy, it does surprise how nice it is. The rooms are simple and clean, but there is much more to this place than the rooms. The closeness to the beach cannot be beat. The shuttle into St. Armand's Circle is such a great asset. Not having to drive after a day on beach and evening at the bars and restaurants is the best. It is the kind of place where you can park you car for the weekend and not have to move it again till you leave. Great staff. I really like this place.

Perfect location right on the beach. Very close to shopping and vibrant night life. Free shuttle to St. Armand's Circle, but, it is in walking distance if you prefer. Very polite and professional staff, always smiling and willing to assist with any needs.

First night there, after showering we went to bed - when we woke up, we had so many bites on our bodies. Couldn't get anyone to answer the room phone and when I tried calling from my cell phone, it just kept on ringing. I was refunded the $75 that was charged for the "Resort Fee" and was told since I booked through this site, nothing else could be done for me. The location is awesome, you're right on the beach. They have a Keurig in room, so that's nice but only offer BOLD, dark coffee. A HUGE red snake came slithering around the KID pool and the pool guys that were out there when it happened just stood around and did nothing. The only good thing about this 'Resort Hotel' would be the location and the Keurig coffee maker. I did not enjoy getting eaten alive by freaking bed bugs. We will NEVER stay there again.

Great view for the price. Room wasn't suppose to be ocean view but it was partial view ocean view. Only issue was the mattress cover was heavily stain. I wish we didn't remove the sheets of by accident. Good food and service.

Make sure that you know what kind of view that you will have from your room. We had a lovely view of the tar roof and ten different a/c units! In addition, we were never able to connect to the internet with any of our devices! I guess that's why the WiFi is free! The beach was nice, and the area is beautiful. However, be prepared to spend your hard earned money!
