I don't usually write reviews but I had to acknowledge the wonderful staff and experience we had here! At check-in, the staff are friendly and we received a delicious strawberry drink. The view was incredible and having access to the beach and lounge chairs was simply heavenly. Lido Beach is quiet and the Gulf is calm, so it's perfect for kids and families. I loved sitting by the pool, reading, and ordering food - it felt like a real vacation! We walked to St Armand's Circle where they have wonderful restaurants and shops, but the hotel also provides a very convenient shuttle. Chocolates on the pillow and bed turn-down service was appreciated - it added a special level of care. We absolutely loved our time there and can't wait to return!

I will not stay here again. The hotel is pet friendly with dogs. I was next door to a loud dog that was yapping/ barking all night. Also thin walls, my room was next to elevator and was noisy. It was not a quiet room and could not sleep due to dog and noise. Plus , my view was horrible. It was the roof and equipment ( not a view)
