The air conditioning was broken and when we asked for a discount on the room they said they couldn't because we booked it through Expedia, but did discount the daily resort fee and parking. They gave us temporary air conditioning units but the sliding door was unhinged and hurt my hand opening it because it was disconnected. The temp air conditioning unit was super janky, loud and didn't cover the living space. Really disappointed with their customer service. Also, the water pressure in the shower is so low it's hard to get the conditioner out of your hair. And the restaurant staff all seemed to be having a bad day. The good stuff...views were amazing. Vibe is very calm and peaceful. The staff at the tiki hut with the kayaks and paddle boards were the best! Paddle boarding in the bay was super fun. The beds were cozy and the bath robes were the most comfortable we've ever worn. Overall okay due to beautiful location but wouldn't recommend based on attitude of customer service.

Room was spotless, light airy feel throughout the space. The view out our balcony elevated our entire stay! Attention to details upon arrival, soft music playing on the tv with a personalized welcome greeting. Resort was beautiful and well maintained, their landscaping was eye candy for this Ohio girl. The resort is absolutely amazing and impeccably clean. There are many amenities, cold water at the pool, plenty of towels, padded lounge chairs and covered cabanas. Hang out at the pool was great, they had a great mix of music playing as well. The staff from our welcome until checkout we’re outstanding! All the people there are very caring and are helpful with whatever your needs may be. The yellowfin restaurant on site is very good, highly recommend the salad and catch of the day. So accommodating and there are a few restaurants within a mile walking distance from the resort. The shuttle which brings you to downtown is very helpful and runs on the hour. Very pleased with our stay and hopefully we’ll be back soon.
