Best Hotel around Orlando period. I love the area and the beauty of this property. I will be back and it is my first choice in accommodations for Orlando.

Great all the way around... Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Beautiful property with all amenities needed. Will definitely be back again.

We had such special family time at this fabulous resort/waterpark/lazy river/waterslides...just chillin' by the pool! Comfy clean and close to everything. We will stay there again!

Friendly staff . Great anemities. Be prepared to pay 26.00 bucks a day for parking 👎

We enjoyed the pool area with lazy river and wave pool. Great walking trails and golf course. The room was comfortable and location great in Championsgate community. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pools. Kids loved it had a great family vacation. Highly recommend.

This hotel was incredible. Since the moment you walk in it’s gorgeous, everyone greets you so politely, etc. What is important to keep in mind is that there’s no food or meals included and there are some fees that normally other hotels don’t charge. But honestly for the experience I didn’t even care about all the other fees. The oriental food restaurant was my favorite. They’re breakfast buffet is great as well but a little pricey. Overall it’s was an amazing experience!

We have been coming here for a while now. But this time, it didn't look like a 4 star hotel. We arrived on Sunday, it was very crowded. There is no control of who comes in to the pool areas. Gates were open at the parking lot as well. So if you just drive there and park for free and go to the pool for free with no problem at all. And I know as a fact bunch of people do it! It is not fare to us paying customers. Because of this, quality of service and amenities suffered really bad. They were out of towels, they were out of tumblers, bathrooms were disgusting. I mean really disgusting! No bathroom checking schedule in place at all. Staff is overwhelmed therefore we didn't get a pleasant experience with them. They all looked like they were bothered at the bar areas. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. It just needs to be managed properly.

All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantabulous. Hidden gem... everything you need or want in a luxury hotrl

Rating for my stay was a 3.5. Pros: The hotel layout was great. Nice, clean and inviting lobby. We stayed for 3 nights and the resort itself was huge and allowed for guests to move around freely and not feel like they were always with crowds. Even with kids being on spring break and many families there, the noise level was always very tolerable. I did not see many couples staying there as it seemed to be more for people on business and families which I completely understood. Their pools were so family friendly and we really enjoyed having our toddlers be so free and enjoy their time in the kiddie pool. It was huge and the slides were a blast. We also enjoyed the pool side service/ great food and drinks from crocs. Cons: They are extremely conservative with handing out towels for guests using the pools. It was very strange and there were 2 times where they were completely out of towels! We had to check back twice to see if they had been replenished at the towel hut. Wasn't expecting that. The rooms were a bit outdated... the walls seemed to need some new paint. The staff could have done a much better job at making this hotel feel like a 4-4.5 star hotel. It took 3 calls to get room service to clean our room. That is completely unacceptable. The manager did call later on and try to resolve the issue but at the point the damage had been done. I did think the manager handled the situation properly but the staff definitely need to be much more motivated in how they go about th

Not worth the very expensive room rate and many additional fees. Extra charges for parking. Additional daily resort fee. No continental breakfast. Drinks are 5-10 times the amount you pay at a restaurant. Pool is very nice, but recommend choosing a resort that is a better value.

Every good resort has awesome pools. This one has slides wave pool and lazy river. Plus sports courts par3 golf and tons of other kid friendly programs. You can spend a week here and the kids won't be bored while you add a few adult activities at golf and spa

First time here and we really like it. We will come back here again. My kids love the water park so much. We have a lot of fun here

I lost my scarf in my room, no body care about my complaint, my scarf is so expensive

We enjoyed the pools: lazy pool, wave pool p, quiet pool, and family pool and golfs:Mini golf and lighted 9 holes par 3 golf. everynight 2 camp fires are lighted which is very cool. S'mores kits are sold in the broadway deli. Restaurant choice is ok, not optimal. The day we checked in, there was a line waiting for about 15-20 minutes. Not sure why they were short of staffs there.

The Omni Championsgate is a bargain for the price charged. Except for a lumpy mattress everything else about this hotel was 5 stars.

It is a good hotel for vacation and rest. Nation of noisy and very familiar

Dear Kaan, Thank you for being a loyal guest. We apologize for this most recent experience. We did have an issue with the parking gates being out of operation for a few days, which have since been repaired. We appreciate your feedback which we will use to address the concerns you raised. We hope for the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
