We loved this property! The room was spotless and comfortable. Our room faced The pool area where the Grotto Bar was located so it was a nice view. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony. They had a list of events going on throughout the weekend such as live bands, karoake, and a DJ at the pool. Also, we loved that there were soo many bars and food areas. Being able to walk out the back of the hotel directly to the beach was the highlight! Then there was a food truck and bar located on the beach as well. The buffet breakfast was complimentary and the bottomless mimiosas were only $20.

I didn't like being charged $15.00 per day plus parking tax. At no time during my reservations or check in was this fee ever communicated to me. Food in Coastal Kitchen was fair at best. Alcoholic beverages extremely overpriced compared to other resorts that i have stayed.

We absolutely loved the resort. The beach was a short walk away. The pool was absolutely amazing. The grill by the pool was so good. They had activities all week long to keep you having fun when you didn’t even have to leave the property. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Very nice atmosphere and central to activities and attractions. Clean and everything worked. Leaving a 3 for front desk staff, they had me change my room 2 times, each time plunging me deeper into the "Dungeon" rooms of the property, I would have much preferred to stay in my original room. Call center on the other hand deserve a 5 for accommodating me after a very significant Airline flight disruption.

My family has stayed at this hotel for years, even back when it was the Ramada! I remember the first year it opened after the renovations— WOW! This hotel is the perfect blend for the Okaloosa area. Its traditional, fun, beachfront location accompanied by the clean and modern updates make it such a good place to stay. The aesthetics such as the patterns in the elevators, string lights outside, waterfall/creek, pool/beach bars and refreshing decor allow you to truly feel like you are on a resort without a single worry in the world. It remains family-friendly, so people of all ages are able to enjoy. The location is right by the Pier, with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and drinking! A wonderful tribute to the fun and joy Okaloosa Island always brings!

the parking is a major issue we had to park on the opposite side of where we were staying also on the beach if you are not renting the blue chairs you are not allowed to sit in front of them and use your own chairs or umbrellas you had to walk to either ends of the line of chairs to use your own stuff which was a huge inconvenience walking that far away from the beach entrance of the resort. and I have yet to get the proper refund from the hold on my credit card when we checked in .

Family friendly-Dated rooms-Expensive Drinks
The rooms decor is dated, the wallpaper is ripping off the wall. Be prepared to listen to annoying music until 11p. The pool area is crowded, and full of children that are unattended. The elevator is slow, hot, and smelled constantly of chlorine and/or weed. The staircase cannot be used in place of the elevator, because it led to no where. The curtains don’t close completely which didn’t block the morning sun. The shower head is dated, and provided no pressure. The wristband that is provided is expected to be worn around the grounds, yet you have to remove it to reach the tight fitted electronic reader throughout the hallways. The best thing about this room was the decent sized TV, and being able to see the ocean (partially).
