This unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. The unit has modern furnishings and décor and is new on our rental program. This unit features a wonderful spacious balcony that is 30 feet long, new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and free WiFi and the elevator is situated close to the front door of the unit.

Great place to stay. Special should out for Elizabeth from the property management office who relocated us to this unit proactively after finding our rented unit to be too noisy because of some renovation work on the unit. She was a superstar and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Yearly Family Vacation

Surf Dweller has been the best place to stay in Ft. Walton and room 712 has been the best room in the 5 years we've stayed. All have been different rooms just to get a feel for the different view point. Only downfall that i can think of are the elevators being slow...but hey, you're at the beach so whats the rush. Love this place
