The Bahama suite was really nice. Having a full refrigerator freezer, microwave and stovetop was a plus. The staff were professional and helpful. The price point was reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property overall is fine. It’s not luxury that’s for sure. We had a very long line to wait in at check in. Which was ok. We had one of the first rooms on the bottom floor. It was a king bed room. I did not know there were bunk beds in there but that was ok. The room was clean for the most part. Everyone said hello that worked there. The only downside really was that it needs updating: the AC said 66 but it was not actually 66, so it was too warm in the room, the shower knobs were hard to turn and would drip. Also, they don’t serve breakfast but you could buy ok breakfast from the small restaurant in the lobby. The price was decent at least.

I will never stay here again. The hot water went out at 8am. It was twenty nine hours before they have us another room. We had no assistance moving. The room we moved into was under construction. Had no paintings and the shower would not cut completely off. The manager on duty was very rude. Her name was Kimberly. I asked when we could get moved, she replied, sometime before five pm. We did not receive anything in compensation for having no hot water to wash with for over twenty four hours. They never offered us an apology. Her comment was that a storm knocked it out and they are not responsible. Facts: no storm came through and I am verifying this with the National Weather Service and will be filing a Civil claim for an entire refund.
