While I like to stay at unique properties not affiliated with chains, this one left me disappointed in multiple areas : rooms are ordinary at best, bedding is not the greatest, breakfast (free) was scant, toiletries were absent (bring your own shampoo and no soap in the room at check in), no bottled water provided, etc The redeeming quality is the on the beach location, although unfortunately the beach was covered with dry seaweed and the water was full of it (granted, nothing to do with the hotel, but check ahead if you do not like swimming in seaweed)

Clean room, wonderful staff! Delicious breakfast. Room could have used a bureau for clothing and more lights. My side of the bed did not have an accessible outlet for my phone charger adapter. Otherwise it was wonderful

Lovely place just off the ocean and well situated for NASA and Cocoa Village. Rooms are quiet and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff and housekeeping are all pleasant and friendly.

Wow! Great place, courteous and attentive staff. The Inn was so quaint, the perfect size, so beautiful and one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Comfortable beds & pillows & I am picky! Great balcony overlooking the pool & boardwalk to the ocean! A block to the ocean, nice beach chairs, towels & umbrellas you can use on the beach. Great breakfast & wine & cheese each night. So convenient to get anywhere up & down the coast as well! Highly recommend staying here, we would definitely go back 💗

The ladies at the front desk were so kind and friendly. The room was great. The hotel has a nice cozy vibe to it, and is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The evening happy hour (assortment of wine, cheeses, and fruits) is a really nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!
