This outstanding property has been totally renovated. Views of the Banana River are panoramic and dock has two kayaks. Kitchen has granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Location is near Cocoa Pier and several great shops and restaurants are walking distance. Orlando attractions are only sixty miles west so day trips are easy. Watch space launches while enjoying warm breezes in back yard. You can catch fish from dock or rent a boat to explore Banana and Indian rivers. Beach access is only a couple of blocks from home.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.
