Not the most fancy hotel, but always good for a quick affordable stay.
The staff was all extremely friendly. The check in particularly, the front desk employee explained about breakfast and all the info that a guest at the hotel would need to know.
Easy and fast check in and out. Room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. A/C worked good...shower hot. Pillows and mattress weren't as nice as other best westerns, but I got some rest. The cable was pretty boring...Wonderwoman was on- no HBO etc. The breakfast area was well maintained, and averge for a hot breakfast selection. They only gave us two bath towels for two adults though. The shower curtain didn't look fresh...there was mildew on the bottom. The room was humid and the sheets smelled like they had not been dried thoroughly enough. Usually they smell crisp of bleach in most best westerns. I got the feeling no one else had been in this room for a while. The coffee maker in the room worked good, and was supplied well. It was quiet, and I was able to relax.
Everything is dated, old uncomfortable mattresses, soap scum on shower tub and walls and still dirty from previous use. And it's overpriced for the condition that it's on.

Breakfast was good but they should have good coffee not an instant coffee machine. I had to go to Mcdonalds for coffee
Fast Internet, helpful staff and comfy bed. Surprised by the hotel.
Room was clean with a lot of space. The AC needs to be worked on. It gets warm back in the bedroom. The TV reception was poor. The TV sets are out dated. But overall, if you just need a bed and a warm shower, it's fine. Remember, this is a very small town. Not much around there.

Me and my mother went down for a funeral in Pahokee and the accomadations were good. The location was close to everything that we needed.
The hotel gave away our room but did make it up by providing an upgraded room at the same price after some arguement. The two nights of the stay were to be paid by different people and charge cards, we were assured that it would be no problem at check-out but it was. The staff had no clue how to do the separation of costs. Poorly trained staff but we were only in the hotel for sleeping.
