The access to the beach was nice along with the pool area.
JW Marriott in Marco Island is a wonderful place for a getaway with the family. The staff is super friendly and the service was excellent.

Clean. Waited 20 minutes in line to check in. Went to pizza place each time I have been there. Food was good each time, but service was poor each time also. Soda tastes like chlorine, and kids choices of root beer and sprite were out of syrup and just chlorine flavored seltzer. Server just plain rude. 10k alley is fun for kids, but left without eating after sitting for quite some time and no service. The beech side restaurant was closed for table service. Beach is a natural wonder. Beautiful, shells, water only three to four feet deep 50 feet out. Pools are overwhelmed on a busy day. Overall disappointment for the price. At 800 a night I expect more.

The location and size was good, pool was nice. The staff was good also, though I think they lacked some. Access to coffee and the sundry store should have extended hours and did not. Probably because of the same excuse everyone has, COVID, even though the place was packed

Over priced and I specifically requested its my wife’s birthday because there was no edibles available I asked them to put a birthday card but Neither the room was confirmed nor there was birthday card $380 to waste. Never again
