All good
Property location was great. Staff was professional and very accommodating. The only disadvantage was that the restaurant was closed for meals the portion of the week that we were there.
Nice staff
We were greeted warmly when we checked in and it was very easy. We ate dinner on property at the Lighthouse Grill and it was delicious. The rooms are nice and clean as well.
Extremely friendly staff at check in. Nice resort, close to various restaurants. Lots of outdoor activities- corn hole, giant chess, volleyball, pools.
Outrageously expensive and no better than a badly run Holiday Inn. Don’t go here.
Bar was closed Monday and Tuesday. Expensive for what you get. Food and drinks in house were way to expensive for what you get.
Nice hotel, near to (5 min) Publix, sombrero beach, curry hammock park, closed to key west...
Property had a nice location for Marathon. Parking was easily assessable. Hotel was close to Pigeon Key Tour. Staff was fine and friendly enough. The condition of the hotel was the main issue. This is NOT A Resort Experience, And It's Not Even Close. I know it's got to be very expensive to do, but this place NEEDS to replace the HVAC units in the rooms. They are ancient, LOUD, pump terrible amounts of HUMIDITY into the rooms, and ours couldn't cool us. We felt like we needed to shower every 30 mins. Bed covers were advertised as "LUXURY" they were SCRATCHY and un-breathable. We COULD'NT SLEEP there, it was just too uncomfortable and we tried. To the owners of the hotel, I think you would provide a much nicer experience if you would hire a technician to touch up all the scuffs and dings in the rooms, it would make it look much nicer in there. Invest in decent sheets and blankets. Get a halfway decent biscuit for the breakfast sandwiches. Get some real cornhole boards and not whatever those little terrible plastic excuses for ones are. Power wash well or if necessary resurface the pool area. Spend some money!
The property was clean and the staff were all very nice. Check in was easy. My only complaint is that the onsite restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday but there are plenty of other places close by to eat.
