All the staff was very nice. The rooms were clean with a nice ocean view. The bar was open with friendly bartender. The parking is minimal but they do have parking across the street and it’s free. I’d go back.

The hotel staff is very nice and the location is good. But everything else was not good. They don’t come to clean you room, or sweep the floor or take out the garbage. If you are there for days, you have to do these things yourself. The furniture is like 100 years old. Bathroom curtain torn, bathroom mirror rusted, no blow dryer in room, towels are 100 years old, curtains are crooked. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Not the best experience

All Staff was friendly, bedding and shower were clean. Our room was NOT ok. We voiced this to staff a few times and were told we had the best. Later found that not to be true. Our patio furniture was broken, we asked for replacement and told there was none, even though there were lounge chairs all Over property. We bought our own chairs to sit in!! Window was busted. Bathroom door was busted at bottom. Furniture drawers were broken. Fridge was clean but shelf on door broken. Inside microwave was rusted. Couch was disgusting! We immediately covered it with extra bedding and never sat on it. The elevator made horrible sounds and sometimes jerked, even stayed open as it went down at times.

We arrived early to pcb and stayed one night here. Price was very fair and they seem to be doing some ongoing renovations. Toally cute vibe! Its clean, our room has some pros and cons but its right on the beach. Would consider staying again here, we just used it for sleeping, but would consider making this a multi night stay.

flamingo was the best as always, clean,comfortable room, friendly staff. there's a lot to do right around in walking distance. we just didn't care for our choice of a room this time. we chose a cabana double with kitchen. the room was fantastic, just the location was not favorable for us .mingo's beach bar and the sundeck above our room was a popular place for guests, but that meant some loud conversation and not overly loud music most of the day. early morning smokers came to the rail on the sundeck for their first smoke of the day, flicking their ashes and butts down on our level and their coughing and hacking was unpleasant. location not as private as we like as guests had to walk by our room to get to their's, a little bothersome if you're sitting on your porch. Don't get me wrong, our visit was great, just didn;t care for our room choice. Thanks.

The room in the tower was nasty. The couch should have been thrown out a long time ago. We wouldn’t even sit on it, much less sleep on it. We couldn’t sit on the balcony because there was a strong natural gas smell. There were spots on the sheets. We slept on top of the sheets and used our beach towels for cover. One of lamp shades was black with dust. Had a sliding barn door between the beds and bath/kitchen area which was neat but it was covered with dust. The front of the stove was metal and it was rusted. The fridge was clean inside but the seal around the door was rusted. Bathtub was cracked and black where there had been a mat there before. Bottom line is, don’t stay there if you don’t have to. We left a day early because it was so bad. At check out, the young lady said “I’ll tell my manager and maybe they will return your money for the second night” but I haven’t heard anything and that was 4 days ago.

Horrible bed! You can tell those mattresses are a decade old. Sides are sagging due to people sitting on the side. The middle was really arched you can literally feel as if you are in a “U” shape. No hot water, moldy smell from the AC, even the paint is peeling all over. Even the faucet was broken and dark lines as if it has not been cleaned. You get what pay for,

Room 453. The floor was sandy when we entered the room. The floor also had pee stains on the floor when we got there and the toilet has a mildew ring. Not clean at all. We left on 9/29/2025. I ask management to check the room to see if the next guest gets a clean room.

Had a wonderful experience! The bartender was nice, the workers were helpful… no breakfast but walking distance to plenty - they do have coffee in the lobby ! The hot tub was super warm temp which was great - I’ll be back! I love there’s no cleaning feee… nice to have something nice and affordable !

The room had sandy filthy floors that hadnt been clesned in forever. I dripped water on the floor and wiped it up and the napkin was filthy so were the rest of the floors. The hotel run down in the room and cement holes on the balcony. The bottom of the bathroom door peeling on the whole inside edge. We told them about the room but they never even addressed it and never even came to look. Also we went to dry off on a towel after a shower and it had dirt all over it. Told them also. Terrible place to stay. Should never be listed on your site. Couldnt cancel because of no refund policy.
