Clean, Spacious, Great Gulf View!

We had everything we needed, great communication from Jeff and Jared. The rental was very nice and fully equipped. WE enjoyed the pool and evenings on the balconies.

Great property and location! Easy to communicate with manager as we had an issue with master shower and they had it fixed within 4 hours. Would definitely book here again!

Family gathering for beach wedding

The condo is the perfect size for a family of 4 getaway at the beach. The location is good with walkable eateries close by. The management company was responsive to emails and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Origins with Host PCB. The condo was beautiful with great views from the balcony. The condo was well maintained and very clean. Our condo was walking distance to some great restaurant's that Host PCB recommended. Guest services was super helpful and very nice. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being such an amazing host.

We had a great time while working from the condo. We had a few issues which were taken care of quickly. They respond to every question big or small.

Beautiful condo!! Has all of the amenities you would ever need. So thoughtful to have welcoming snacks available while getting unpacked and before the grocery shopping trip. Balcony's view of sunset is fabulous!! And within walking distance to so many places! We will be back!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great condo!

The condo was great! Enjoyed the beachy decor and the two bathrooms came in handy. In the 14th floor facing the pool and a great view of the beach and sharkeys. Everything worked great! If I had one thing to comment on, the mattress in the main bedroom should be replaced. It's lumpy and slopes. However we did sleep ok when going to sleep at night. The couch cushions could also use some new foam as they seem to be getting worn/slanting, but not a deal breaker. If we need a condo in the future, we will definitely look to rebook this condo. Thanks again for a great week! More sunshine would've been better but hey, it sure beats the Midwest in February!

The sofa and master bed needs replacing. i suspect since 6 weeks of spring break has just ended no one realized they had no life left. Would be nice if the two balconies had low chairs since being handicapped I couldnt get up.in the tall chairs to sit outside and take in the great view. Missing utensils as well in the kitchen. NICE layout for condo unit though

Great location!

We were very pleased with the lay out of this place and its closeness to Pier Park, shopping, and restaurants. And of course, the beautiful beach on the golf. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The primary bedroom was huge, and there was plenty of storage for our stuff. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking etc. we also loved the view and having two balconies. Thank you for leaving an hdmi plug attachment on the tv. We were able to use an adapter and stream from our computer. There was not much available otherwise. Our only negative was the living room furniture could be updated. The few problems we had were quickly resolved by our host. Your availability was wonderful. Thank you for all that you did while we were there for 2 weeks.
