I loved this property and being on the beach. The bad part about this was the free breakfast. You literally had to wait in line for an hour. It’s not buffet style the “cafe” served you. I didn’t like the set up. We also ate there for lunch and it was not good at all. We ate there once and would not pay to eat there again. Other than that the staff was nice except one older person who seemed to be annoyed and didn’t want to leave her seat to help me.

My trip was amazing. The only downfall was the bathroom tub, and.sink draining really slow and the bathroom smelled like urine the entire time... Also everyone there was awesome except one black lady at night , RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY 😕.

The service was great from the front desk all the way to the cleaning. Really organized and staff was always on point. Around the pool there was no crazy stuff because its under control so for a family is great. Loved the shows and the kids loved the soap. Easy access to the beach and to the rooms and to the parking. Breakfast was plenty and plenty of coffee and juice for the kids. Give it a 5 stars and will be my return point for sure!

Nice but won’t be back

We arrived 5 hours early for check-in. They allowed us to hang out by the pool until our room was ready. Room was very clean. Floor was not sticky or sandy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. It was concession stand, not a kitchen. Very small selection of reheated items. The oranges tasted like someone put out a cigarette in them. Menu never changed: eggs, sausage, ego waffles, frozen biscuits, gravy, tater tots, and oranges. One of the women serving was high on drugs and got frustrated making plates. The pool was fun but the chairs are side by side in a row. You can’t walk between them and you are touching arms with the person beside you. It was a nice hotel but won’t be staying again.

The outside of the hotel is definitely looking a little dated, and the pool area was smaller than expected, but you absolutely cannot beat the beach and the views and every room has a balcony. The beds were only doubles, but they were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast options were plentiful, the parking was easy the staff was Super friendly and helpful. The toilet and shower or pretty tiny that separate from the sink and mirror. There was an almost full-size refrigerator and microwave in the room which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are extremely outdated. The breakfast is gross and the line to get food was very long. Took about 30 minutes to get breakfast. The area to sit and eat has very limited seating. The pool staff, pirates and mermaids were very nice. Best part of the trip.

Beach views were the best! I have been to this property every year for the last 6 years. Last year was the only year that I couldn’t because the hotel was shut down due to fire issues they had to fix. I love that it is on the beach. We love that it has breakfast if we decide not to go out. It’s not the best breakfast I have had in a hotel but it has all the basics: waffle, biscuit, sausage, egg. There are apples & bananas too. Apple, pineapple, & orange juice (it’s not that good). They also have coffee and hot water. I brought my own tea so that worked great! They use to have Lipton tea, not sure why they stop having it though. We asked for a room away from the noise because I am a light sleeper, we got a pretty quiet room. I appreciated that. There is also a pool and a hot tub for relaxing at the end of the night. The staff was nice. We didn’t need house keeping every day, so we just switch our wet pool towels for new towels in the morning . House keeping never had us feeling like we were a bother. They always were ready to give us whatever we needed. We had a great time and will be back next year!

Great price, right on the beach. Does it need updating? Yes, it does. My son and I had a great time. The beach is amazing, and the pool can’t be beat. For the price of it… It’s a win-win. If you’re wanting something upscale and bougie, this is not it.
