The door codes to our room weere wrong and then 14 numbers after we got rt one. There is not really any staff to help
Worst experience I've ever had traveling. The hotel staff is horrible! No one helps you. I asked for help numerous times about my stay etc and they kept telling me they don't know with a attitude, then send me to other people that were no use as well. Give me numbers to management that no one answered nor returned my calls. The room was way smaller than expected. They showed wrong pictures, because if it was that I wouldn't of booked that room for the price I did. The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were so flat. They only give you ONE roll of toilet paper for the WEEK! Overall I would not ever go back nor tell anyone to stay there.

We are very sorry that you feel this way. There were major storms on the beach on your night of check in. Our pictures were advertised correctly, as this is advertised as a studio. All of our literature states that you will get a start up kit including 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Someone on site helped you carry your luggage up 17 flights of stairs due to the elevators being out during the storm.
