This resort is as pictured, very beautiful and relaxing beachfront with beautiful views and friendly environment. The room was comfortable and the amenities were great, breakfast was great with many options also always filled. Coffee/tea/hot cocoa/citrus water bar always open which is great. Gym was an amazing size with filtered water available, pool was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs throughout and table and chairs on the sides filtered water available near the restroom outside. Hot tub was very great and a nice size. Check in and out was awesome interaction with front desk very friendly staff amazing place to stay with the family really enjoyed ourselves, no elevator issues when we stayed everything was fine with that. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants even though the resort also has a Starbucks and restaurant for dinner available also there is a restaurant available by the pool. Parking garage you pay online there’s QR codes throughout the garage for that. Overall great place and you will definitely enjoy.

We booked the family suite with the bunkbeds for a 2 night stay. Property was clean, shower water was hot and the pressure was great. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a great experience. My only 2 complaints were the slow a$$ elevator and parking fee(I was aware before booking). I already booked my next stay. Check in was a breeze. The AA woman with the braided bun was so pretty and nice, but I did not catch her name. She was so nice with a pleasant tone. Melinda(I think that was her name) was great as well. Overall great experience!

The hotel was great as far as the room goes and it being so close to the beach. However the staff is not friendly at all. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and almost always the staff is friendly and very helpful but not here. Also the breakfast was the same thing everyday the only good part is that it was free.

Perfect facility to recover after surgery.

Pros- very clean, staff friendly and helpful, ample parking (pay extra for this), beds comfortable, big closet with plenty hangers, balcony quite. Cons- elevators very slow (one was down several times during trip), low water pressure-not very hot, tub drained slow. Was not able to enjoy the pool due to this being a recovery vacation from surgery but it looked amazing.

It was a great family stay. The beach is not crowded and the chair service staff was amazing. Absolutely recommend.

Everything was good for our family trip the only thing is there is 14 floors and only 2 elevators we’re working the whole time and the shower water pressure was weak.

The elevators are horrible, it takes about 19 minutes to go up 4 floors. Then the elevator will skip the floor you need. You will wait and waste lots of time, just use the stairs. Was not at all what was expected. No early check in available. They leave no beach in front of the property to use, unless you way overpay to rent chairs and umbrellas. You have to walk down and set up on the public access beach if you don’t want to pay. You can’t get towels on the beach unless you rent chairs and umbrellas, so bring plenty. Breakfast is not for those who eat early and watch sunrises, it will be ready an hour after sunrise. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Room was nice and big, but the rest was not great.
