Loved Indoor pool next to our room, lots of space and kitchen use in room. There were no luggage carts at hotel side opposite of beach

Have stayed here in the past and it is a very clean and great place to stay. Only stayed for the night. Got a great rate but not having a elevator on the property across the street was the only downfall. Older people will have a hard time getting their luggage to the second floor. Staff and property was great

Horrible room. The hotel I stayed in, across the street, is under renovation. The ceiling in the shower was falling in and there was black mold around the tub/shower enclosure. The kitchen didn't have the usual amenities: no coffee, not enough silverware, nothing to wash dishes, very bare. The beds were like sleeping on a board. Very outdated. Staff was rude when I asked for ANYTHING. Had to buy ice as there are NO ICE MACHINES!! My daughter and I got sick the very first night and it took 3 weeks to get my voice back. My doctor confirmed it was a bacterial infection, most likely from contact with black mold.

Right on the beach, with two swimming pools, a hot tub, nice rooms. And a spacious inviting patio area to relax and watch the sunset... It's my regular stop on road trips.

Very nice location on beach close to pier park. Make sure you book a room in the main building if you want to be on the beach. The newer buildings are across the street. The building on the beach has very roomy suites and they are nice but older and could use a remodel. Newer suites are not on the beach side. Resort has nice pools jacuzzis and outdoor bar and sitting area right on the beach.

Some rooms are being remodeled, but evidently, the staff puts online booking ppl in the non-remodeled rooms. My daughter and I are still sick after 1 week. Doctor said it was a bacterial infection. Family who owns hotel are not friendly or helpful. I asked to be moved to a newer room...had to pay full price! No comps at this hotel. I ALSO KILLED BABY ROACHES IN THE ROOM BY THE BED ON THE NIGHTSTAND. I spent 1000.00 there, btw. So this is not a 1 time thing. And yes, I have photos of the falling down ceiling tile in bath and the mold. Symptoms: itching, watering eyes, skin breaking out in patches w/severe itching, fever, coughing, fatigue, headaches, LOSS OF VOICE, STLL!. I missed 2 days of my FEMA Conference due to this issue. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!

Palmetto Hotel and Suites, I coudnt ask for a better place to stay. They let us check in at 9am instead of the 3pm, since we were out of town really helped. The kids loved it also. The view, service, location, beaches, rooms, cleanliness, and everything was awesome! I will definitely stay here again and again!

Very pleasant staff. Made our stay very welcome. Very nice rooms. Perfect views of ocean. Could not ask for anything better.

There are two parts to this hotel. One part is directly on the beach, nice location. The other is on the other side of the road, not so nice. This is where our room was. There is a cross-walk between the tow sections but no truly protected way to cross the road. The room we had was in need of updating and repair. A piece of the ceiling around the smoke detector appeared to be water damaged and was nearly falling.

A/C unit kept us awake in the night. It kept turning off and on during a he night. No bars of soap to shower with and no hand towels.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the facilities. Very nice pool area with 2 covered pavilions and lots of lounge chairs and seating. Great view of the beach without having to carry your stuff out to the beach if you don't want to. The room was spacious and everything was clean and very well maintained.

We booked an ocean view room with balcony, studio efficiency. It was roomy and comfortable, including TV, WiFi, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cups. Loved it! They have a little store downstairs, tiki bar, grill, hot tub, a nice pool, and plenty of areas to Lay out and enjoy the view. Staff is very friendly. I would go back! Highly recommended.

Very clean. Very friendly staff with easy check in. Beach side rooms have balconys overlooking pool, deck and beach.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. Our room was in the ocean side building it was clean, spacious, with an excellent view of the beach. Private balcony over looking pool. Will stay here again when we come back.

Wish I lived alot closer so I could check into hotel all of the time

We had a wonderful time. The staff really confirmed that we had made the right choice in staying there. Totally filled our needs.

This motel was nicer than expected. Very good location. Beware, the gulf side of the motel is much better than the portion across the street.

Beautiful scenery right on the beach. Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Very clean. Walls are a little thin though. Otherwise perfect.
