The hotel premises had virtually no parking on the beach side where we were staying, and offered only a sad little unlit crosswalk to get from the other parking lots. The bathrooms had no ventilation and empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The house cleaning staff was rude to my partner when we parked curbside to unload our luggage. If this place is in your sights to stay, please do yourself a favor and enjoy the infinitely better experience of a drabby motel instead.

The outstanding Good thing about this unit was the large balcony with a direct view of the beach. The kitchenette was dated and ill equipped. It had one metal fork. The level of grime on the dishes required us to wash and scrub anything that we needed to use. The beds were uncomfortable. If you want ice, it's available for an additional fee. The coffee in the lobby in the mornings is horrible. Check in was very slow because we had to wait behind a party that had complaints. After waiting for several minutes, I reached the desk and found out they had a q r code where they want you to check in through your phone. Maybe that would be helpful to post that where people can see it before they wait behind a slow party. We did not have time to utilize the pool and hot tub.So it definitely wasn't worth the money to pay the mandatoryResort fees. Overall, this was a poor value for the money!
