The entrance and parking situation was confusing and crowded. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. The hotel is worn and dated. The light switches were morphed with mold growing behind them. I was hopeful that with the rebrand to Radisson that updates may have been done, but that is not the case. Could not sit on the balcony without being smoked out with marijuana even at 6am. Not the hotels fault, but still disappointing.

The property is very nice but in desperate need of a renovation. We had problems with the showerhead and shower door, they both literally fell apart. Once I advised the front desk a maintenance man was dispatched and repairs were made immediately. The property needs to be thoroughly cleaned, especially on the outside walkways and concrete landings. It was still a very nice hotel and the staff was nothing less than amazing. I would stay there again.

The hotel is good, it is out dated but the price and the beach and room sea view is great, the room size is great, mattres and pillows excellent, the front desk emplyees is super nice especillay benn was very polite and welcoming and explained all info to us made our stay pleasant. Over all the hotel is great for the location and money, as far as cleaness it is a beach hotel always there will be sand here and there no soloution the way i see it, but i would come back again

First of all when we got there it was late and when we got to the room there were huge bugs in the room. Then the parking isn’t the best you have to park and walk across the street. The oven didn’t work and we never saw housekeeping our entire stay. Will not stay here again.

I like the ocean view balcony from my room window. The staff was really nice and helpful. The ELEVATORS were horribly. They took too long to go up or down. There was several times me and my husband just took thr stairs. Since we where on the second floor it was ok. I just couldn't imagin the other customers that where on the floors higher than us. There was times thr elevator would take me to every floor but mine. The pullout coach was broken. The doors kept getting stuck to the balcony. The restroom started to clog up. There was not enough carts to put our luggage in and out to our cars. The oven took too long to cook our food.

The staff was nice however we got absolutely no service the tv channels were out the whole week we had to ask for toilet paper daily we stayed 7 nights had to ask for towels daily there were 5 of use in the room and only would get 4 sets of towels at a time I will never stay there again

The lobby was less than expected, took 45 minutes to get checked in only 2 people working, pool was hot, they said someone turned the heater on, ice machines did not work but...they would sell you a bag for $6.00. Parking was scarce, they gave me a map of where i could park and basically told me good luck. The a/c unit was great, but...it was loud and right beside the bed

Not so good. Main door would not latch . Had to slam door with extra extra effort for it to completely close to latch. Most likely waking or disturbing next door neighbor. Floors were in need of sweeping opon entering room. Asked front desk multiple times for 2 days to have door repaired. repaired ar the end of our stay.

Small improvements needed. GREAT Staff , ok rooms.

July 15-July 18— my family of 5 was here for a family vacation. Our problems with our stay started off with the parking onsite was valet only-$15.00 a day and there was multiple businesses surrounding the hotel where you could park for free and walk a short distance . Check In was slow but pleasant . First Room - the floor was sandy as expected for a beach hotel but it was “clean”. However on the first night one of our air conditioning units went out in our bedroom . The hotel staff was prompt in moving us into a new room. Next room - was clean as well but few issues with incomplete bathroom renovations and air conditioning unit leaking water on to the balcony. On the third night of our stay the air conditioning unit in this room went out as well , they promptly came to check them and let us know that if available we could move again , however it never happened. We spent the last two days without air conditioning in the room with beds. We relied solely on the air conditioning unit in the living area to cool our entire suite. The staff is AWESOME! Anytime we needed anything the were quick in responding and resolving any issues to the best of their ability. It is convenient to the beach , and Pier Park. Has wonderful potential but minor tweaks that could easily improve a stay here.
