The bathrom in the lobby was dirty. Upon arrival in the room, there were no towells, the floow was dirty, the shower had hairs and not clean. Overall the experience was not good.

There were many things that were just not acceptable for a $2,000 price tag. The first issue was no room entry cards were able to be handed out when we checked in. We had to have a hotel worker let us in each time we left our room until later that night. The second issue involved our room. It wreaked of cigarette and pot smoke. The floors appeared to have not been washed in months. There was what appeared to be a string of possible (hopefully) ketchup stains along the walls. The AC unit in the living room blew only warm air and finally, the bed linens had blood and urine stains featured on nearly all sets. I want this to be made clear. At no time was the staff ever rude or unprofessional. They appeared to be completely overwhelmed by what clearly appears to be an uncaring and unsupportive manager/owner team. They were getting yelled and cussed at for things way beyond their control. I applaud them for trying to be professional despite a clearly neglectful managerial staff. The parking situation was horrible. You either paid for valet parking or risked not having a spot at all. Our room phone did not work and the pool could not stay filled. I expected better.

Very unhappy ☹️!!! This is our second year staying in Raddison and second year in a row they have to fix our door because apparently they never checked the batteries in their doors. Takes them an hour to fix it, for me running up and down trying to speed up the process, when none of them was really trying to help fast , when it’s supposed to be my beach time! Never clean up our room!!! Apparently, after the Covid, they do not clean up your room, only if you request, which I have no idea I need to do that or they ever mention when we check in. when I call on second day, they said the full services available only after three days of staying ,after that, I just gave up and was always calling for clean towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags and take my garbage outside:( on my own. And the Bottom line, when we were leaving in the morning we saw a cockroach running in our room, I have a picture of it! One plus it’s a gorgeous view of ocean from the balcony, but for this much money we pay for 5 nights I am sure I can find a better hotel to stay , with a gorgeous view, But much better service and staff who care about their guests!

Will be back!

We stayed on the 11th floor. It was a great room with a great view. I wish all rooms came with a broom due to the sand, and a larger garbage can in the kitchen. Also wish housekeeping would go room to room on a daily because I had to ask for towels on more than one occasion.

The rooms were poorly cleaned, it’s very hot in the rooms because only 1 AC works even though it’s 2 different rooms. My comforter has 2 stains, the walls need cleaning and the baseboards in the lobby are disgusting. They sent me a link asking if I would like to upgrade my room for a fee and when I got there they gave the upgrade away. They charge you a resort fee and nothing about this hotels is a resort.

We had a great stay except for parking situation

We had a great stay. The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The only pain in the butt is that the whole front of the hotel is valet parking only. There is not much room to unload luggage from your car especially if you're not valet parking. The parking situation was the only cluster.
