Our stay from April 24 to May 2 was marked by significant issues, primarily due to air conditioning problems. -Arrival and Initial ImpressionsUpon arrival, the condo was clean and appeared well-maintained. However, we quickly realized we needed additional blankets for the fold-out bed in the living room. Non -Air Conditioning IssuesThe most pressing concern was the air conditioning. For the first four nights, the temperature inside remained above 75 degrees, making it uncomfortable. Despite multiple visits from maintenance, the air conditioning unit was ultimately found to need replacement. This process took about five hours, during which we had to stay in the condo, making it difficult to manage daily activities. Plus the other 4 days of repairs-Daily ChallengesThe heat significantly impacted our ability to cook and maintain comfort. Even simple tasks, like showering, left us sweating due to the high temperatures. With an infant in our group, the suggestion to open doors for airflow was impractical, as we needed a controlled environment.-Misrepresentation of AmenitiesWe were disappointed to find that the condo was advertised with functional air conditioning and bunk beds, neither of which met our expectations. This misrepresentation affected our decision to book the unit.Despite the numerous inconveniences, there was no acknowledgment or offer of compensation from management. We had to purchase three fans to cope with the heat, which added to our frustrations
