Tranquil beach and relaxing hot tub / pool

The Palms is just a few minutes walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Laguna Beach. There's an ocean view from the top floor, a community pool, hot tub to and charcoal grills to enjoy. If you're looking for a relaxing get-away you can kick back and stay home just minutes from the beach, or there's plenty of shopping and entertainment just a short drive away at Pier Park, 30A or Panama City. There's dolphin shows, Ripley's believe it or not, Amusement Parks, go carts, water parks, scuba, snorkeling, jet skis, night life, all in the local area. This is the ultimate vacation destination and that's no exaggeration.

The unit (B2) has 2 covered spots reserved for parking. There is an overflow spot on the side of the building but it's 1st come 1st serve. Do NOT park in front of other cars. If you bring 3 cars and an overflow spot isn't available, you can park behind your OWN car sideways but you must only block people in your own party with the 3rd vehicle and not restrict the driveway path at all. Do not bring more than 3 cars unless you plan on parking them offsite. If you block other peoples car your car may be towed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a balcony and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Annual girls' trip

Many lights not working, specifically the foyer. Stair rails were nasty. We used clorox wipes that took less than 2 minutes to clean. Fans and fixtures dirty. Studio room had humidifier running with stale mildew water. Entire downstairs was an almost unbearable stench. Outside entry light didnt work. Pool nor hot tub were clean. Location and space were great.

Loved the stay!!!

I loved the house. Across the street from the beach was the best part about it. The only thing I didn’t like about the house was that the cleaners did not clean it well.. The beds were full of sand like they didn’t change the sheets from the previous visitor’s. It was sand all over the floor and even in the shower and tubs. The owners were excellent. A piece of flooring was loose on the top step of the second floor, I wrote them in the app that night and they sent maintenance the next morning. Overall, the stay was amazing and we even plan to book with them again soon.❤️❤️

Great layout for large family - This unit needs a little owner TLC

The layout is perfect for our family and the location is great. We had a great time overall. I know renters don't always take good care of these properties, but this property feels a little neglected. All the patio furniture was broken, panels out of patio ceiling just lying around, upstairs oven knob is stripped as it was 2 years ago when we were here. Most importantly there are broken tiles on the stairs which could be very dangerous. This place just needs a little TLC.

One minute walk to beach

We arrived and were greeted by housekeeping staff. Super nice ladies but we’re behind schedule. This did allow them to show us some things in the condo. We had two families at the condo and slept everyone comfortably. Plenty of kitchen stuff to cook which was so nice, and the three balconies were nice. The kids absolutely loved having beach toys, but several things in the closet are rusted or broken and need to be tossed out. My hubby and i stayed in the downstairs room which is a little apartment with its own kitchenette and bathroom. Although a nice space, some things need major updating. First, the bed was AWFUL and super uncomfortable. I am usually fine in a bed that’s a little uncomfy but this was ridiculously bad. I’m not sure if it’s broken, but both sides sink in like the springs are bad or something. It was also severely stained on one side of the mattress on the actual side, which is pretty gross. The little couch down there was quite stained up as well. My friends told me the queen and king beds on the second and third floors were really comfortable. I laid on both and agreed they felt much better. Also when staying in the downstairs portion, you can hear every single time someone walks around, up or down the stairs etc. We had to tell the kids to step lightly, so if you have guests that don’t walk very lightly, don’t be on the bottom floor. The location was wonderful, and neighbors all quiet. It seemed like a safe area and had no trouble walking right across the street to the gorgeous beach. The sand was really nice and water fun to play in. Not much seaweed and it was really nice to be out of the busy part of PCB and have enough space to have fun on the beach. The on site pool and hot tub were just ok. The pool was quite filthy the couple of days we went. Water was pretty warm in the pool but the hot tub was the same temp as the pool- not hot at all. It was kind of a bummer it closed at 9:30 every night but understand it is likely to keep the rowdiness down for others. Overall the condo was a nice stay with the space and price. The top two floors were nice to have, but if the bottom little apartment could be updated, it would be so much better.

I did notice a ant issue near the window on the middle level bedroom. And I dont think the dish washer and oven worked the best. But great experience over all. One of my favorite vacations. Easy walk to the beach.

A Perfect Place for a Family Celebration!

Our family of 11 came to Panama City Beach to celebrate our 50th anniversary. This was the Perfect Place. There was plenty of room to spread out and to also to be together. Loved the Oceanview at the top deck as well as the soo easy walk to the beach. It was nicely furnished and very clean. The owner was very quick to answer any questions. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Overall the stay with quite pleasant and had plenty of room for the 11 of us the stayed. the location was also convenient to the beach, restaurants, groceries stores. We had a minor issue not worth going into because Ammon replied to my text promptly and resolved our concern.
