I believe this is a newer property. Very nice, but I was surprised that they were not taking care of it very well. Some of the hallway carpets are filthy, broken tiles, our room had maintenance issues, and our room was not cleaned well such as lots of dirty hands on everything. That being said, the value was there, and I will stay again. Beautiful lobby and a great breakfast.

The entire place was clean and the pool area was nice. Directly on the beach. Covered parking garage with skywalk to hotel. Free breakfast is awesome. Couldn’t beat the price for how nice the hotel is and being on the beach. Felt very safe traveling alone with a small child. Easy drive or uber to Pier Park.

This hotel is not up to Hampton standards. The beds are worn out, the curtains are wadded up, the pool was filthy, the lobby carpet was filthy and worn out. The shower was broken and the shower/tub faucets take an engineering degree to work.
