I believe this is a newer property. Very nice, but I was surprised that they were not taking care of it very well. Some of the hallway carpets are filthy, broken tiles, our room had maintenance issues, and our room was not cleaned well such as lots of dirty hands on everything. That being said, the value was there, and I will stay again. Beautiful lobby and a great breakfast.

We were really disappointed with our stay. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM. The front desk didn’t offer a late checkout or any kind of compensation for the delay, and we weren’t even given the option to store our luggage while we waited — we just had to sit around for over two hours. When we finally got to our room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was frustrating after such a long wait. The pool was okay but smaller than expected. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for.

I like Hilton properties. I stay at Hampton inns all the time. This Hampton was below what I normally expect. It was tired and worn in need of some TLC. They allow pets and that’s fine, but there were dogs everywhere. People walking bear foot in the breakfast area. The staff were definitely locals and not vary professional. The Flamingo hotel was right beside the Hampton inn. It is $100 less a night and would be a similar experience and all the rooms on the beach side have a view.

We found this hotel to be a great value. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. We even got a fireworks show from the balcony one night. There was a little delay with our room being ready at check in but Jessica at the front desk made it right. She checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was as it should be. Location is really good and the free breakfast was nice. My son enjoyed the heated pool.

Great place to stay in the off season! Hated that the gym wasn’t 24 hours. Stayed here for work and needed to get my workout in well before 6 am so I could start my work day and wasn’t able to due to gym hours. Never stayed somewhere that gym wasn’t 24 hours.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! Clean room, great balcony view, heated pool and hot tub. Walk right out to the beach and ocean. The parking was super easy and there's plenty of food within walking distance. The price for 2 chairs and an umbrella is great considering you can have them all day until 4:30. The breakfast was great as was the food from the bar/restaurant. Can't wait to stay here again
