I believe this is a newer property. Very nice, but I was surprised that they were not taking care of it very well. Some of the hallway carpets are filthy, broken tiles, our room had maintenance issues, and our room was not cleaned well such as lots of dirty hands on everything. That being said, the value was there, and I will stay again. Beautiful lobby and a great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay right on the beach. They had overbooked our room type but did accommodate us. Good breakfast, only negative was the pool looked pretty scummy so we did not use it.

It was a very wide range of food. Three waffle makers was great because there was no lines.
