I believe this is a newer property. Very nice, but I was surprised that they were not taking care of it very well. Some of the hallway carpets are filthy, broken tiles, our room had maintenance issues, and our room was not cleaned well such as lots of dirty hands on everything. That being said, the value was there, and I will stay again. Beautiful lobby and a great breakfast.

We were really disappointed with our stay. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM. The front desk didn’t offer a late checkout or any kind of compensation for the delay, and we weren’t even given the option to store our luggage while we waited — we just had to sit around for over two hours. When we finally got to our room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was frustrating after such a long wait. The pool was okay but smaller than expected. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for.

When we arrived to check in, there was only Jessica at the front desk, and a couple of people waiting in line. I noticed the phone was ringing continuously, and she was busy assisting both guests and answering calls. When it was our turn, we encountered an issue with our keycard; it wasn't working, so she had to try multiple times, which seemed stressful for her. Despite the challenges, Jessica was great and patient in checking everyone in. The room was clean, but we did have a problem with the shower. The water was always hot, no matter how we adjusted the knobs. We turned them all the way to the right and left, but the water remained hot or warm—there was no cold water available. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

Super Nice hotel on the beach with wonderful views from the balconies and pool patio area has chairs for watching the beach activity and some beautiful sunsets. Clean and well maintained. Easy access to parking garage across the street and an elevated walkway over the road back yo the hotel. There is a fee for the parking garage. Breakfast buffet style is included, but I didn’t stay for it.

The balcony view was great, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness of our room was outstanding. We'll be going back again.

Love this property and location . However attention to detail to cleanliness could be better . Stayed here years ago when it was newer needs a little bit of TLC in rooms some deep cleaning and cosmetic touch ups would be good . Front of the house staff so nice and welcoming !! breakfast great location always my favorite !!

Beautiful place! Balcony room views are PERFECT! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We have stayed multiple times and will continue to stay here.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!!!! We had a balcony on the 10th floor and it was an amazing view! The breakfast bar in the morning was outstanding, front desk people were always very polite and helpful and being right there on the beach was the best part! I would say the only downside was I didn't realize there was a $20 per night parking fee until the day before we got there and they also put a $50 per night hold on your credit card and we weren't aware of that either until we were checking in ,so that took $300 out of our vacation money, but other than that everything was so amazing and we would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying again in the future!

From the time you walk in most front desk personnel are very professional and nice. I think whoever checked me in didn’t catch when I told her that I didn’t have a vehicle and upon checking my invoice she still charge me for the parking fee. She did have a small attitude when she was checking me in (I do believe this was due to a prior issue she had with a previous person who was having issues checking in). Other than that. I do think this was a good hotel. But for the price point I think the hotel could have done a little better.
