I believe this is a newer property. Very nice, but I was surprised that they were not taking care of it very well. Some of the hallway carpets are filthy, broken tiles, our room had maintenance issues, and our room was not cleaned well such as lots of dirty hands on everything. That being said, the value was there, and I will stay again. Beautiful lobby and a great breakfast.

We were really disappointed with our stay. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM. The front desk didn’t offer a late checkout or any kind of compensation for the delay, and we weren’t even given the option to store our luggage while we waited — we just had to sit around for over two hours. When we finally got to our room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was frustrating after such a long wait. The pool was okay but smaller than expected. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for.

Very welcoming and loved our chiwinnie Elmo. Offered a very good breakfast every morning and had a walkway to the parking garage. The beach was easy to get to. We had a balcony overlooking the beach. Our room was made for disabled people and they even customized the bathtub so my husband could sit on a seat to shower. It was great! Would highly recommend.

We arrived early from a 14 hour drive from Ohio. We said if we couldn't check in yet we would eat at one of the surrounding restaurants and come back and they took our number and said they would call when our room was ready. We booked a King bed with sleeper sofa for my husband and I and two boys. They said we could switch to two queens and get in sooner for a $20 fee if we wanted, but my husband is 6'4 and 300 lbs so we definitely needed to wait for the king bed. We ate and shopped and hadn't received a call yet and I called in to check status and they said 'not much longer'. After an hour of waiting in the parking lot and still no call we decided to bring in our luggage and wait in the lobby because it was now regular check in time. That's when we were told King rooms with sleeper sofas don't exist. Just one bed king rooms. To prevent our boys from having to sleep on the floor, we had to take the two queen room and were told they would remove a $20 fee. Gee thanks. This feels like bait and switch. Since it was advertised and we paid for a king room that apparently doesn't exist, we will not be back.

Great hotel!!

The room I stayed in was clean. Everything was in its place and I had no trouble finding anything. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions. I didn’t get a beach view room because I said it didn’t matter to me. It is pet friendly. I didn’t take my dog because I’m not that obsessed to take her everywhere, but several other people did have their dogs.

Very good location. Walkable to Pier Park for dining and shopping. Right on the beach. Breakfast was great! Coffee available 24/7. They were super short staffed for housekeeping. We went to desk and got towels. Finally made it to the room on our last day. It was really good overall.

We received a call the day before saying our room that we booked facing the ocean view was booked but they had a better room available. Unfortunately it was not better and had a terrible Oder when the heating/ cooling systems kicked on. When we arrived at 7pm our room was not ready and had to wait until after 8pm to get in. I tried to go down to relax after all the days travel and wait to get into the room and go the the hot tub and it wasn’t working. The hot tub is one of the main reasons why I booked there. I used the text message that I received from the desk to let them know about any issues and they responded they would check and get back to me. Well they never answered back but I saw in the morning in the looby they had a new pool heater unit.
