I believe this is a newer property. Very nice, but I was surprised that they were not taking care of it very well. Some of the hallway carpets are filthy, broken tiles, our room had maintenance issues, and our room was not cleaned well such as lots of dirty hands on everything. That being said, the value was there, and I will stay again. Beautiful lobby and a great breakfast.

We were really disappointed with our stay. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM. The front desk didn’t offer a late checkout or any kind of compensation for the delay, and we weren’t even given the option to store our luggage while we waited — we just had to sit around for over two hours. When we finally got to our room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was frustrating after such a long wait. The pool was okay but smaller than expected. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for.

I really liked the convenience of this hotel with its complementary breakfast and it being on the beach! The only thing I didn’t like is that house keeping does not come to fix up your room or come by to ask if you need more towels or other amenities. We only had one toilet paper roll for a 2 night stay and all of the soap dispensers were empty (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Also the hot tub was cold for our entire stay

The beach view was great and free breakfast very generous with offerings, not to mention 24/7 coffee available in lobby. The balcony was a bit worn but provided a quiet place to view the Gulf with plenty of stars and the moon at night. Staff responded well to request for a third chair on balcony.

They don’t tell you that you have to pay for parking and for beach chair rentals until after you can’t refund the trip. When we got there, the front desk didn’t tell us where anything was. We had to find the gym, dining area, & our room. The 7th floor was messy more than half the time. The worst part is one of the hotel employee workers entered our room without knocking and while we had the do not disturb sign on our door. We did enjoy the beach, the pool, and the food but the hotel is not as nice as seen in the pictures.

Beautiful & spacious hotel. I would have given hotel 5 stars; but the hot tub was out of order and the pool needed cleaning. Also while showering I found the shower gel was empty. Shampoo dispenser was empty in my sister-in-law’s room while she was showering.

Rooms were very roomy and clean. Everything was well lit around the facility and felt safe. We were on the 4th floor with a balcony, and the views of the beach were great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well done and had some daily variety. I also recommend reserving beach lounges and umbrella. $45 for two lounges and an umbrella, pre-set up and removed for you daily. Worth the price, and discounts for multi day rentals.
