What was good was that we stayed on the beach front but when we got there we seen. Roach and they where willing to changes rooms and the air also went out never got a answer about me getting there late if they will retro the fee they said they couldn't do it but everything else was pleasant

The location is excellent, but unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. For our entire 3-day stay, housekeeping never cleaned the room. We had to request fresh towels multiple times. The room also had a strong bad smell. When we asked to move to another room, we were told that since we booked through Expedia, we couldn’t switch unless we paid $40 extra per day. On top of that, parking costs $23 per day, which felt overpriced. I expected much better service for the price.

The room was very good, the breakfast was excellent. The only problem was construction going on next door, jack-hammering to be exact. I think they could have put us farther away but unfortunately, the work was going on not more than 100 feet from our balcony.

Waited 2 hours because my room was 'not ready' although the 20-30 people behind me immediately were given room keys and allowed to check in. The blinds in my room did not open and the shampoo dispenser and mount had fallen off of the wall and were in the floor of the shower.
