Me and my wifes stay was great, other than people in other rooms smoking Marijuana and then a couple next door to us started fighting, I know Hyatt could not do to much with those issues but over all great place to stay. The pool was heated and hot tub was great and the hotel was right on the beach. We had an amazing time, will diffently be going back.

The room was very nice and clean, very good air and heat and the view was some of the best I’ve seen!!!!! The staff was all around accommodating and was very friendly, one of the staff must’ve been a manager he gave my little boy an ice cream. Would recommend

Check-in and staff and room. We were charged for incidentals twice upon checkin. There was an error on the hotel side saying it declined my card for some reason so i used a different one. The incidentals went through on both cards. I brought it to the hotels attention and they were able to fix it quickly. We were assigned one of the rooms that have the door connecting to the other room. There was a screaming baby that was in that room that kept us up all night so we asked to be moved to another room about 8am. Finally got the call about 4pm to move rooms and was charged yet another incidental fee. I brought it to their attention and they said i would have to wait for the extra fee to drop off in a few days. On top of that, went to get coffee early about 5am and the lady was rude and didnt know how to make the advertised coffees. Lastly, the hotel room had empty shampoo and body wash in the shower and and we ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and the food was terrible. The prices were expensive and expected the food to be much better than it was.

The room and amenities were spotless! Beds were very comfortable. The staff member, Bobby, was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again! The only negative was when we were about 30 minutes from check out time, we thought about staying another night. I called the desk to see if our room was available, it was not. I was not offered another room. Thought that was lacking on customer service
