The size of the condo was phenomenal. Bed and pull out couch was comfortable. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The view and amenities were great as well. We used the gym almost every day. The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. The only downfall was that the condo was not as clean as it should have been. The carpet had not even been vacuumed. It smelled musky in there and we kept finding super curly long black hairs. If you’re looking to book this condo just know you will have to buy everything for the kitchen. They have utensils and what not but there is no salt, pepper, seasonings or anything of that sort. I don’t think anyone mentioned that in the previous reviews. Also, the elevator situation is wild. It’s super confusing at first and with 3 kids under 5 it took us a while to get the hang of it. Security was amazing. I had an issue with the person above us using a drone and they handled it immediately and professionally. Overall we had a great trip.

Malfunctions

First off. This room is located right by the elevators and the window to the bedroom facing elevations so you hear everything and it's not completely dark in your room. The air conditioner didn't go below 70 and the master bedroom is not a queen. It's a full. So it was hot trying to sleep. Shower head was broken. We put in a request to fix the shower head and the air. Shower head was fixed air was not. There was also a short in the light in the living room and it would turn on and off randomly It took some getting use to the location of the parking garage across the street but access to beach, pools, tiki bars and Starbucks is nice. However ice machine if you want to go to the beach, there is only one and it's across the street for a huge condo complex. That's ridiculous.

Beautiful and affordable

We enjoyed our stay there! We loved ocean view! The kitchen had everything we needed. On some reason the lock on balcony door was not working and one of the bathroom door from the bedroom was not locking. I made a request for repair but no one came to fix it.

Roach Infestation in Kitchen/Hallway

Roach infestation in the kitchen and hallway. Our stay was significantly impacted by the presence of roaches, which made the kitchen unusable. Consequently, we were unable to move or prepare meals as planned and were forced to eat out, incurring additional expenses. I sent pictures and videos. I contacted the Host. After fighting the roaches and going by the office, we were offered a compensation that was really a slap in the face. We tried being kind. The office staff were wonderful. Do not stay in this condo which is sad because it was cute, dishes were adorable, and well stocked towels.

Nice place with a few issues

Excellent location, property could use small updates as in plastic shower curtain has mold on it , i am a person that irons my clothes but the iron available is junk it melted a top if mine and scorched a pair of slacks on the lowest setting that thing s a danger! I don't like to degrade the place however we killed several roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. I'm sincerally hoping that they are not going home with me.

Excellent Place

Absolutely no issues with the condo. Very clean and everything worked as expected. The place is right next to the elevators though, but it's minor whooshing noise as the high speed elevators go up and down. Not objectionable though and you get used to it quickly. I would definately stay here again.

Great condo

Condo was great only problem was when elevators were being worked on and there were 20+ min waits to get to and from room on 14th floor - nothing ruins your day like long wait for elevator on vacation - resort is walking distance to lots of restaurants and short drive to piers and pier park - would stay here again

Nice condo with great views

The condo was clean and in good condition. Never a long wait for an elevator and the elevators were very fast going up to the 14th floor where we stayed. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching and listening to the ocean waves. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a beachfront condo.

My bike week 2022 stay

The condo was in a great location Had a damaged bunkbed and chair but didn’t interfere since it was just me and my husband there was also no wash clothes but again didn’t interfere we bring our own lol. Overall loved it and would love to stay again next year for bike week Thanks for sharing your home with us 🖤

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful unit, clean, right off elevators but not loud at all. Had everything we needed in the unit. Would recommend for sure. Check in was amazing, just go to your room and type in code. Emerald Beach Resort was great. Clean property, friendly staff. Starbucks on property. Pool bar not open due to wind so that was a bummer. Double red flags also negative, but overall would definitely come back to this unit!
