Needs to be condemned. Leaking ceiling at the foot of the bed, mold in cabinets, broken blinds, no handle on sliding glass door and coming off the track, main door to room has no extra lock for security…should I go on??

was no tv was the second night before someone brought us a tv at 1230 am
Everything wad good just the refrigerator did nog work .but we enjoyed the stay and i will recommend to others.
They overbooked or something but I wasn’t able to check in u til 6pm three hours late . I was very disappointed with how the room was dirty sand on the floor.
I had a bad experience at first which they made up for it at the end. Great staff i got there at 1 did early check in they told me to come back at 4 because rooms were not ready. I came back they had a line out the door to the parking lot. I was in line from 4pm to about 8pm finally they said they had 1 room ready (i booked 2) they sent me to the room when I got there they had given it to another family. I went back and they said they were going to place me somewhere else the staff was doing the best they could even though they had very angry customers... they told me to go eat dinner and the rooms would be ready i left and came back around 10:30 pm they had set me up at the origin at seahaven hotel in a 3 room suite it was beautiful and perfect foe my family. So after all it was worth the wait.... i gaive their customer service a high five ....
You have to check in at Seahaven-they didn’t tell us that in any emails. The line to check in took an hour and our room wasn’t ready at 5:30. It was supposed to be ready at 4:00. The pool restrooms didn’t have any toilet paper and the staff in the office looked at me like I was an idiot when I told them. The least you can do is have somewhere for people to use the restroom if their room isn’t ready. They didn’t say how we would know when our room was ready and I never received an email or phone call. We finally went back to try again at 8:00 pm. The room was nasty and smelled. The hotel was nasty and smelled. There’s no hose to rinse your feet off after you get back from the beach. They didn’t even give us a hand towel for the room. Oh, and the phone number for Seahaven goes directly to a booking service person that’s not on the property. So if you need anything you have to wait in the hour long line to get to the front desk. There is no one at the front desk at Palm Grove.
ok... so this place is practically a dump.... BUT having said that... they are working on it. we had some issues and we called the office and the owner came by and said he just took over and he is really trying to get it up to par. he fixed out issues with a smile and was very apologetic and thankful that we were patient with them. it is a room, on the beach, and it will keep you cool and dry and you can sleep and take a shower... honestly that is all i was looking for so it was good for that and they are working hard to make things better ....
The hotel is in definitely in deplorable conditions. I would t even want my worst enemy staying in that nasty hotel.
I great deal for a post-college spring break! Definitely not a luxury place, but it was a blessing for us. Location was wonderful: right on the beach, with a donut shop across the street, a starbucks nearby, and a beachside restaurant that gave us to-go drinks. The water was beautiful.
Convenient to the beach & fun places, pool was nice & clean. Nice washers & dryers. Pool furniture needs replacing & curtains in the room do too. Room was clean & comfortable although run down a bit, staff pleasant. No wi-fi at all. No staff on site. Sign on door gave a # to call. We had to turn left onto a busy road & go down a ways to another hotel to check in. If we wanted coffee or something in A.M. we could have gone down to that hotel again but it was not within walking distance at all. Very strange. I would recommend to some friends who are not picky about accommodations.
No tv. Carpet was filthy smelled. Very dated. Broken tiles. Moldy curtains. Just all around dirty.
There was nothing good about this property, checked out after only 2 days of the 25 days.This
This was the worst place ever, it had mold and the walls and mildew small, missing curtains.
Front desk seemed lost and pent was ok but no one cleaned the pet poop. My husband cleaned, house keeping was good service. Didn't enjoy our rest the people from the building next door was v vandalism on the pent house roof with peanut butter and frozen drinks. Hitting my family, called the police and made a report. Roof leaked also. It was fair.
The place is literally falling apart!!! It's like they don't even try to make it look better. We had dirty sheets on our beds and the curtains were so stained it look like a crime scene. The bathroom had a huge hole in the wall and tiles were falling out. The walls were dirty, and ceiling looked like it was about to fall through. The outside smelled like raw sewage and continued in the room through the air conditioning. The sliding glass door was beat up and had a hard time closing without the frame pulling away. The only positive to this place is that it sits right on the beach. If you walk a few feet away past the parking lot it's a beautiful view! It was cheap rates, but I feel like they should have paid me to stay in it because it was awful!

It is only through feedback such as your that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued guest. Whilst an apology will regrettable not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion , I do extend it with all sincerity. This level of service is not acceptable and will be addressed.
